I bought a #16 and it was cold, and little flavor, very few shrimp and the meat was tough. Even though I was very hungry, I ended up trying it a little and left it. I wasted my time and money. I do not recommend it.

Ate here for the first time tonight. From the moment we walked in the guy at the counter was so friendly and helpful. The food was better than we expected. I had the 1/4 chicken with sweet plantains and mixed vegetables. I also ordered a side of the garlic potato’s and the chicken noodle soup. My Hubbie ordered the steak with Caesar salad and fries. I will say that the chicken was good. It would have been a little better if it had been hotter. The sweet plantains had been around for a bit but I could tell that when fresh they were really good. The chicken noodle soup had a little too much spice for me but it was good. This is the kind of soup you would want if you were sick. The garlic potato’s were the star of the whole show! Absolutely amazing and so tender. The mixed vegetables were plentiful but how much can one eat? They included cauliflower, carrots and broccoli. My husbands steak was low quality but a large piece. The fries were cooked to perfection! The salad was fine but ignored since there was so much food. Hubbie had a soda and I do not drink when eating so nothing for me. Total was $33 and change. I know that seems like a lot but we got A LOT of food. The service was superb! The guy at the counter (sorry I didn’t get your name but you really made it extra special) answered all our questions as I said before it was our first time. He didn’t get agitated with us or rush us. He came by our table to check on us and see if we liked our food. We will definitely return.

I started coming here after getting terrible food at La Granja. And it was good for a while, but then the other night I went by like always, after work. Line wasn’t long and it was taken within 5 minutes and we received our order in less than 15 minutes all together. Got ALL the way home, and order was not fulfilled to satisfaction. Normally I let it ride. Sometimes people have a bad night, but this particular time my mother and I decided to reach out. Apparently, the manager on duty that night was not helpful in resolving the issue. While already spent hours on the road, they wanted us to come all the way back just to replace one item. Between gas, and time it wasn’t worth it. I get mistakes happen, but that was less than expectations…granted sometimes the food is mid, but adding to the bad service did not make it a pleasant experience. Will not dine back again.

Never had any issues with the food but recently went to this location and paid with Apple Pay, despite paying and showing them that it was approved they said it did not register in their system, and to attempt it again. The charge did not drop off and they have charged me twice.No matter what issue is going on with the system a customer shouldn’t be the one to bear the burden.Fix you system and stop making customers using Apple Pay tap twice and leave it one them to contact their bank. This isn’t a normal business practice. Get it together. No apology or friendliness is gonna pay for my food or save me a call to the bank.
