The manager or whoever the Spanish woman is on Sunday morning March 4th needs to be let go. Very very rude. Wouldn't give me a drink holder and a bag. Told me that I have to carry everything 1 by 1. Horrible b****. McDonald's should be ashamed. Also had a 80 yr old man use the kiosk that he has no idea how to use. Sad she can treat seniors and guests that way. Used to be a good place

Honestly it should have stayed across the street. They tell you use the kiosk. Then it makes you go up to the counter to pay with card. Tells you to pick a number and have a seat then they just scream your number across the restaurant. Then you go to pay and everyone just screaming that there’s someone at the counter, then it seems like a whole problem that you’re paying them. Nice restaurant but it’s stupid.

I live like 3 mins (driving) from this location so I kinda have to come here but, I wouldn't recommend it. Most of the workers dont even know how to use the cash register, be prepared to wait for more than 20 minutes for your food to come out. Its McDonalds so the food isn't terrible because we all expect it to be but, it could be better. So overall, like I said, it could be better but, if you're craving McDonalds then be my guest. (Im sorry if an employee is reading this and I hurt your feelings. My heart goes out to all of you)

Placed a mobile order and after waiting 10 minutes after checking in at curbside, I came in to get my order. Except the employee had come out to my car. She eventually found me and gave me my order, but unfortunately for my child who ordered the Happy Meal, I didn't confirm the order was correct. It wasn't until I got home that I realized the burger was missing and when I went back to the store it took a further 5 minutes after bringing it to the attention of staff to get the correct order.Parking: Lots of parking available.

I had hopes for this location. It's nearby my house and on rare occasion I make poor choices and go through the drive thru. 90% of the time the employees are so rude, even though I'm nice and ask "how there are doing" at the microphone. The fries are always cold. They often screw up my order. When I ask for no pickles on my burger I end up with pickles, and every time I order chicken nuggets I ask for honey and I specifically say can I please have honey not honey mustard. 9 times out of 10 I end up with either no sauce or honey mustard. A couple weeks ago I called to talk to the manager, the new person that's being trained was very pleasant and the guy that was training him was the opposite and that yet again my order was messed up. The manager was even more rude than the employees. Pretty much nobody at this location takes any sort of pride in their work, if you don't like your job go work somewhere else.

Waited in line to order at the one working kiosk. Waited 20 mins for food. This poor guy that wanted to pay with cash waited as long as I did to just to place an order. The manager told him he had to wait or use the kiosk. Then apparently someone she knew came in the lobby and she has time to talk to him back and forth. If you don’t care about customer service anymore. Just don’t have a lobby.

I stopped at this location on my home and entered the drive thru. upon arriving at the menu board the person on the was like" can i take your order" in a very sour, sulky voice . Sounded like a spoil child who couldnt have their own way. Upon arriving at the paying window the same person was there. She was looking so sour and sulky. I even said hello and the look i got was as if i was an insect that was to be stepped on quickly.I gave a 3 star because when i went to the pick up window the young man was very polite and welcoming. I even had to ask him what was wrong with the young lady at the first window.The service at the pick up window was smooth and easy beside my sons chicken tenders were cold. location; woolbright and congress ave, next to walgreens.

I was having trouble with placing my order on the app. Then the QR code would not scan at the register. $2 plus tax does not come up to $2.99 like the lady at the counter told me.
