Upon entering the establishment to collect a mobile order, I encountered an unexpected and deeply unpleasant interaction. As I sought to dispose of a small item in the trash, an employee, who was in the midst of mopping the floor, vehemently objected to my action, stating that the facility's trash receptacles were strictly for McDonald's-related refuse only. This confrontation escalated rapidly, with the employee raising their voice in an aggressive manner, compelling me to exit the premises in order to dispose of my trash in an outdoor bin, inconveniently located a significant distance from the door.Upon re-entry, my attempt to address the situation was met with further hostility from the same employee, who continued to loudly berate me over the initial incident. In search of resolution and a measure of understanding, I requested the intervention of a manager. To my dismay, the manager displayed a concerning lack of empathy towards the situation and outright refused to acknowledge the inappropriate behavior exhibited by their staff member. Further adding to my disappointment, my request for a cancellation of my mobile order and a subsequent refund was summarily denied without justification.Feeling undervalued and disrespected, I left my order untouched at the counter and exited the establishment. This experience has left a lasting negative impression, highlighting a profound disregard for customer satisfaction and a troubling tolerance for unprofessional conduct within this McDonald's location.

I been to this location a few times and every time the service is absolutely horrible. The drive thru line takes forever to take your order and get your food.

Service is absolutely horrible. I went here at 6am through the drive thru. One car was in front of me. I ordered an ice coffee. It took me forever until I was about to order, they kept on asking me to repeat the damn order.The car in front of me was just arguing with the worker at the window. When I got to the front to finally get my coffee, I said that I ordered a coffee and the workers said they didn’t even start making it. After 45 mins of waiting, I finally got my cup of coffee but it was ICED. They got my order 100% wrong. They gave me a whole bunch of attitude and didn’t appreciate that I was there to order. Many of them were on their phones. This place is run by a bunch of teenagers. I wouldn’t be surprised if this place closes down because even when it’s not busy at all, you still wait 45 mins for a cup of coffee, if the order will even turn out right. Will never be coming back.

I might have driven by there, but did not stop. A person is better off financially, nutritionally and mentally getting a sub from Firehouse Subs.

I frequent this McDonald's. My orders are generally accurate and the food is usually hot and fresh. Drive through service is inconsistent. Often times I will pull up to the menu and no one will greet me for more than a minute. I understand they may be busy but some form of greeting would at least let me know they will be with me as soon as they can.

Probably the worst McDonalds around. The service is horrible, so don't expect your meal to be correct, or the people working there to even seem like they want to be there. That is, of course, if they can even communicate with you in English.Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. You'll be much happier.

If you want to consistently start your day in a bad mood, go here.No matter which shift, they will get it wrong guaranteed.You ordered an Ice Tea, they will give you Hi-C Orange. You ordered ice coffee they will bring it to you hot! Ordering through the app and with pictures won’t help.They won’t keep track of what’s expired in the bin. I’d rather drive a few extra miles to Jog and Lantana to have everything done correctly.

1 star is too good of a rating for this place, everything about this place screams horrible.The people who work here are rude and nasty. They don’t listen when you place your order, making your repeat yourself at minimum 5-7 times. Even when you constantly repeat yourself they still get it wrong, then the people at the window fight with you about what you order, rolling their eyes and throwing attitudes.The food is cold, like it was standing there for 5-10 minutes. Even when it’s busy and there is a line the food is cold.Just look at the photo of my burrito. It looks rubbery, and like it was standing there so long that the paper is stuck to it.I wouldn’t be surprised if they closed this place down or cleaned house because of how horrible the employees are.

They very slow and even you repeat the order 15 times they stil not getting it rightWhen you at the speaker they even forget about you u have to say Hello for someone to answer ?‍♀️you took like 20minutes in the line waiting and stil got your order wrong?This place is slower place I ever go in my entire life and none of them dont care about the customer even the manager they inside smilling having fun like?‍♀️really
