Terrible management. I had 1 other complaint which was their fault giving me a wrong order. This last time, same thing. This time, manager Anna comes outside to my car and has the nerve to tell me that I have to now physically open every sandwich to make sure it's all correct. This makes me feel not to go there anymore after I go 3-4 times a week! I was SHOCKED at how she approached me and that just put the icing on the cake.

Imagine paying almost $5 for an Oreo McFlurry only for them to fill the cup with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle Oreos on top . They lucky I’m with my baby I would have gone inside and cause a scene I work to

Complete nonexistence of customer service, the manager was rude. I ordered food on my mobile app pulled through the drive thru twice to no acknowledgment by staff and when I walked up to the doors they were locked with several employees standing in a group talking so after calling the store more than once the manager finally answers and says we’re closed. I stated I ordered food on the mobile app, if you are closed why allow customers to still order food on the app and drive all the way from their house to not get it, her response was you can come get your food tomorrow.As someone who has earned almost 20k in points on the app I will never return to this location as this is the 2nd time that the app is allowing you to order food and they’re closed so they claimed.I then drove to the McDonald’s about a mile away unable to use my deal because the first one didn’t cancel my order! That manager was just as disappointing as the first location because he wouldn’t honor my receipt because he stated they had different owners.McDonald’s is just not what it was when I was growing up and I will no longer be a customer after this continued disregard for customer service and continued lack of consideration for their customers time and money!!

You guys should take ice cream and shakes off your menu. I legit don’t think it’s worked in 7 months. Especially for a newer location you would think machines would be under warranty maybe for repairs.

I never thought that I would be writing a review on a McDonalds however the service I received on Christmas Eve was nothing short of disgusting and disappointing. I have been coming to this location almost daily for 7 months since I moved down to Florida from NY and have never had an issue besides cold fries(which I never have complained about). Stay away from this location if being treated with an ounce of respect is important to you. Nothing but extreme attitude and an incorrect order at 8:50pm on December 24th, 2023! This location just lost over $1000 a year; there are plenty of other locations within a reasonable distance call not treat you this way, and get your order correct!

Went there around 11AM ordered 2 fish sandwiches and a large fries. Fish sandwiches were cold they taste stale. I return one of them and ask for a fresh one. They wanted to put it in the microwave unbelievable. When I finally got it. It didn't taste any better, It wasn't fresh at all. Fries were a dark color, probably fried in oil that was old. I will never go back very disgusted and expensive on top of that. $15 ?

Hi my name is Takisha I Uber eat my orders to my home because I’m pregnant and don’t have a vehicle at this time I always order from this McDonald’s for them to always mess up on my order not once but four times. I am very upset because Uber eats will not reburse me my funds that I barely had to spend. I will never come back to this McDonald’s again the young lady refused to put on the manager and said there is nothing she can do about my messed up order I have the receipt and picture of the items I did receive but it still was incorrect I’m super angry now
