Not sure why this place doesn't have great reviews, everything is reasonably priced and the staff is very friendly. I can't speak more highly of the cheesecake, it's up there with some of the best cheesecake I've ever had.

Best authentic Italian bakery in South Florida by a mile. Felt like I time jumped back to being a little kid in NY when I walked in there the 1st time the other day. So grateful to have found this place. Every tastes amazing and they have everything you could want. The selection is insane.

An Italian gem in Boynton Beach! I stumbled across Palermo's while searching for a place that sells baked goods and was delightfully surprised! You'll find a very cute and authentic looking bakery that invites you in. This bakery has a huge selection of delicious treats as well as some grocery items and food. The prices are also not bad at all. Everytime I visit, the staff is so kind and welcoming! They greet you and help you to find what you are looking for :) She gave my boyfriend and I two free cookies out of kindness today. I highly recommend this place to anyone

Outstanding delightful ambiance with scrumptious pastries and cakes. The women behind the counter go out-of-their way to please their customers. Donna helped me choose a strawberry cream cake, a chocolate boat and another delectable chocolate mousse small cake to please all members of my family! And since it was my birthday, she created a frosting card dedicated to Gigi (me!) Everyone is thoughtful and kind!! I even bought an eggplant small pizza, meatballs and sauce so I didn't have to cook dinner I can't believe it took me 20 years in Palm Beach county to find this treasure!!!
