Nice location, very friendly atmosphere,night manager great attitude, some of the staff members not all of them they needs to get a bit more professional training when it comes to especially dealing with customers transactions,the food needs to be attended to so it won't be old looking.

I ask for teriyaki chicken and the las two time just give me just fat no chicken like 1 spoon of rice and i ask for sweet and sour souce and just give me one i ask again and again just one i paid 11 dollars just for less i not happy not at
Usually very good & reliable, however I witnessed a few things with takeout/delivery that has me concerned. While eating my meal I noticed delivery drivers being handed sealed bags of food yet were handed cups to fill drinks at fountain machine. Seems that's a serious sanitary issue?..

I like Panda Express, but food is out most of the time. They always say "5 minutes" but more like 20. Was there last night and they had five empty spaces with dried old food. Not fresh at all. Manager sitting at a table doing the schedule at 8:30pm. Employees seemed lost. Plenty of other options.
So as far as panda express's seem to go, this one is beyond average. slightly below if I'm being honest but none the less they deliver on what they are advertising and the food is always... medium good... and at the end of the day you aren't going for a restaurant experience and instead for the "mall chineese food" type. either way, it's good, 4 stars, lost one because if I'm paying extra for shrimp, I don't want just three sad peices of shrimp. deliver on the mall Chinese food aspect and pack that baby in there.
They're pretty stingy here with the amount of food given I mean a small scoop of rice when at other locations it's at least 2-3(for half and half, rice n chow mein, usually when getting just rice it's like 5-6 small scoops or like 4 big ones) and also on the sides they barely wanna give you any meat like guys I love you but if I'm paying a good amount I'm expecting a good amount... and the food isn't really that fresh, sometimes have to swap out what meats I get as sides cause u can tell that it's not gonna be good from the way it looks. I love panda and am constantly at this location since it's next to my college about 3 months ago I walked in and it was fresh, hot, and definitely not shy with portion, not sure if it's the new workers or lack of management hoping for a better experience next time I go in! (Disclaimer I still love Panda Express and I will continue to come just hoping for a bit more wow, no hate!)
