This place terrible. Ive witnessed the manager be very disrespectful to the workers especially the cashiers he seems like he doesn't want to work. The cinnamon rolls are cheap and not the same as any of the other paneras I've been to. The managers name is Ryan and he gets very sassy with the workers. I'm disappointed because it was nearest Panera from my hotel while visiting. My order was not ready on time. Ryan please get your act together the reviews are proof that you're not encouraging you team. This is not mean girls sir. Motivate your team by becoming a better manage.

Not sure why the cinnamon rolls have been changed to a cheaper version at this particular store, I thought it was a company wide thing which not the case at all because I’ve been to multiple Paneras in state and out of state and this has been the only one that has changed the cinnamon rolls.The covered in white icing like what’s advertised on the mobile app or website is not what you’re going to get. They are a cheap smaller version with as little icing as possible but still cost $3.49. Not sure what’s going on at this Panera but I will not be purchasing anything from this one because who knows what else they’ve changed on their own.

For $11.95 I got a whole Black Forest ham and Gouda melt the whole sandwich had 4 small pieces of ham and two 2 pieces of cheese. Certainly not worth $11. The service was very uninterested in the customer, the tables were dirty. I used to enjoy eating at Panera but this is the second time I have been disappointed there won’t be a third time!

I love Panera and visit the Boynton Beach location in the Sunshine Plaza weekly. However, today as I was waiting for my order. And I had to stand there and listen to a young woman speaking with two other male employees talking about how her friend took her man. She was cursing ALOT while telling her story. And speaking very loud! I could tell she was young based on the conversation. BUT please advise your employees to be more discreet while customers are waiting on their orders. I don't need to know her high school friend took her man. While I'm on my lunch break.

I would like to give a shout out to a young man by the name of Matthew.This young man is the exception to the word young and extremely mature. This young man took a step back and played a joke on my daughter when I requested him to do so and that made my day. I hope that you are blessed and every way , I hope you go for the goal and become manager one day you deserve it!

I moved down to Boynton and always liked Panera but two employees that were so rude and have no customers service experience he actually just threw my food on the plate and acted if I was putting them out of their way or bothering him. I asked to speak to some one else named Sammy was so unprofessional by speaking down to his employees it was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my life i will never eat at that Panera again in fact I think I should call code enforcement because of the disgusting atmosphere that I experienced. Two of the other females employees acted if I was putting them out of their way ( on their cellphones) in stead of helping customers and would not give me any information about who I needed to escalate this too.The store was filthy and disgusting I will never step foot in a Panera again. This was this weekend
I like their soups, although I feel they're overly priced. The last time I got the you pick two, and the tuna sandwich literally was spread on like butter. It was literally a tiny slab of tuna, and that was it. It was pretty disappointing because I was staving, lol. I really don't have anything good to say about this Panera Bread, or any Panera Bread for that matter.One star? Yeah, because I don't think Yelp will allow a Zero Star review.First off: Zero acknowledgement from when I walked in to when I left. Zero.The order wasn't ready at the time chosen during the ordering process. Proceeded to finally put it together. He (manager, I presume) sat two bags on the counter and only called one name. When I saw one bag remaining I walked over and it was mine.The bag was sealed shut, I didn't open it and check my order because I am giving you the benefit of a doubt that you know how to follow a simple food order. I arrived home to find only one of two chips in the bag. Also, I found the salad to not be a "full bowl" as ordered. (see photo and make your own judgement)At the end of the day, it's not about the $0.99 tiny bag of chips. It's the principal of operating a business. My receipt said "F Kevin" ... I should've known I was in for a 'treat.'The place was very dirty inside as well, made me question myself about even eating the food.Typical Panera Bread bllsht. Avoid this and all Panera Bread locations. What a joke.
