The atmosphere of this place is questionable. How am I going to feel comfortable ordering food from a place that bathroom looks disgusting? Makes me wonder how the kitchen is kept. Unacceptable for a large food chain.

I ordered two pizzas, one veggie, one plain and they were hot and ready by the time I arrived. I didn’t get the young ladies name behind the counter, but she had a great customer service outlook.Parking: Spacious!! Great for in and out.

This place is a mess! The woman running it today Wednesday, January 31st 2023 should not be in charge of this place. It’s soooooooo backed up and she keeps telling people who have been waiting for over 40 mins to pick up that she’s sorry but she’s the only one who knows how to do anything here and has to do it all. Clearly she doesn’t know what she’s doing AT ALL. The DRIVERS are the ones helping her make the food. She keeps repeating things out loud and seems very confused. You’re making pizza. It’s not that difficult! She’s flustered and huffing and puffing and rude to customers. She is arguing with the two workers saying she is way behind. What the hell is going on here? I’m standing here now for almost a freaking hour to pick up a pizza I ordered online! Terrible terrible customer service. GET STAFF THAT KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!!!! Over an hour wait for a pick up. The employee just told someone on the phone that she is the manager and that it’s because of people like her keeping her on the phone that she is behind. She is arguing with customers in front of customers. How unprofessional and disrespectful.

Do not eat here!!! I repeat do not eat here I was regular a customer here and would get my pizzas delivered usually, but the one time I picked it up I saw one of the guys literally wipe the sweat of his head with no gloves and continue to make the pizza actually none of them had gloves very unsanitary!!! That was it for me I didn’t even pick up the pizza I asked to speak to a manager “Autumn” if that’s her real name and she said either take or not. Very rude and disrespectful I will be contacting corporate and my lawyer

Shout out to Papa John’s Pizza on Military for making this adorably themed Halloween Pie! It was edible lol BUT the staff are really good at their jobs. Like Anaka, she was Extremely friendly and her customer service deserves a 5star! But this location is one of the better ones only because the WHOLE staff are super chill. The pie is on sale too lol

Papa John's is no longer at that location. It's Domino's now and this review is for the store manager at Domino's. I Had a very bad experience with the store manager(Black skinny guy with dreads) he shouldn't be running that store. He's very disrespectful and ignorant. Instead of fixing a problem, he gets loud and disrespectful. I ordered a Mix & Match deal from a young employee. He failed to explain they didn't have the deal but charged me $14 for a Medium Pizza. I waited for the manager to handle the situation, that guy straight up told me he didn't care cause I didn't order the pizza with him. Deal with the employee. How ignorant can you be?? He's a young kid. I wasn't going to yell at him. You're the manager. Fix it! I left the pizza on the counter and requested a refund. He still said he didn't care. Clearly he's there for the paycheck. No skills whatsoever.
They cancelled my order without notice because the driver couldn’t find my address. This same restaurant has been here at least 10 time before. Then the “manager” Brian was a complete P.O.S! Didn’t apologize, didn’t even pretend to care. All while my kids a hungry and getting ready for bed. We will NEVER be back. And I’m sure they don’t care.Costumer service is dead!!
