Food is so-so, but they are scam artists. They give you a menu with old prices, then charge you something way more expensive and laugh and say the menu is old and insist that you pay the imaginary made up prices that aren’t listed. I have never experienced this in a restaurant before. Not even entirely sure it’s legal.

This is top 5 Vietnamese restaurant, maybe even #1. It’s some of the best Vietnamese cuisine I’ve had. Delicious fish sauce (maybe made in house?), generous portions, great price on the combo vermicelli bowl, so many veggies and herbs, excellent preparation and presentation was not out of the ordinary (which is good imo). Welcoming friendly and fast. Highly recommended!

These people were disgusting, they were rude, yelling. Yelling at me while sitting. Their menu shows one price and then at the end they write in a paper a totally different price and it by an unbelievable amount and when you tell them this price is incorrect they start yelling and throwing things at you. DONT GO HERE.!!

Never received the opportunity to order I went in there with the idea to order two Vietnamese eggrolls that are traditional and give them a try. I was really looking forward to trying these eggrolls as well since this Vietnamese restaurant is close to our house and I love Vietnamese food. Unfortunately, when I walked in, I made eye contact with the woman on the phone and reviewed the menu. Stood there for close to five minutes. Asked if I could order. Shelia went to the register. Look me in the eye again continue talking on the phone and I never had an opportunity to order. I am not sure if this is indicative of the operation Unfortunately, I am not sure I will stop back in for that quality of service again. Even to just acknowledge that you will be with me in a few minutes would have been kind.
Having lived in the DC/Va area in the 90’s, I have had excellent Pho and Pho 31 is the real deal, admittedly the exterior in an offbeat plaza, made me reticent about walking in, but very glad I did. You go there for the food, inside ambience is an acquired taste and speaking of food. The rare beef noodle Pho was excellent, rich brought with outstanding quality of beef, very lean, no grizzle. Accoutrements (basil, cilantro , bean sprouts) were very fresh, which to me is critical.The Fresh spring roll appetizer was also very fresh and tasteful with an excellent peanut sauce. I will totally be returning as a frequent customer. Pricing by the way is ridiculously cheap.Parking: Plenty of free parking

I have been going to the same pho restaurant for years until they recently started tasting bad. I had to find a new spot and discovered this gem. It is sooooo good and they give you so much food. Wish I discovered it sooner. Go there!
