They were out of black beans. Cashier promised me he’d happily order me fried yucca instead to supplement the loss of the beans that day. I had also asked for a water cup. I finally received my order and the kitchen forgot to include the fried yucca and my water cup. I asked for the items missing and everyone looked clueless ?♂️they made me wait like a shmuck by the counter for around 5 minutes before I got what I was originally promised. Finally. Ate my tropichop bowl and the yellow rice I chose was hard and crunchy. Didn’t even bother to finish my food, that’s honestly how bad it tasted.Now I want to know where do you hire these people? Like for real, I’m curious as to how you choose the most braindead people for the job via your subpar hiring process. I will never return to this location. Get it together guys….smh.

Food was great was not crowded when we got there but it started get busy late afternoon not to expensive but most of the timeit is busy there have drive thru when we got there drive thur was backed up there do a lot of take out plenty of help key lime pie was great will be back a lot of Spanish people go in there

That store has the worst service, they treat people with a very bad attitude. I've been several times and it's always the same. The boy who speaks Spanish is a very bad teacher, I definitely won't pick him up or come back again?
Food was okay, but overpriced for what it was. I spend almost $30 for 2 hours without drinks or extras! The place was almost empty, yet almost every table was dirty. Won't be back.
