More than once this location has the order incomplete and missing items. Unfortunately a phone to the store doesn't resolve the matter unless you plan on going back to pick up the missing item. Cost of gas and time isn't worth it but what's more upsetting is last year when I called and they offered a credit on my next visit and the owner didn't want to honor it. Instead he said this is why he doesn't like doing business with my kind, I'll assume because I told him I only order because they are halal that he meant Muslims. A year later I gave them the benefit of doubt and 3- 16 PC family meal ALL missing the biscuits and shorted on the chicken. A week later another missing item and when I mentioned the missing items the week before the lady just brushed it off by checking my order to make sure I had the biscuits this time, only to find that the coleslaw was missing instead. I was better off without the coleslaw because it was SPOILED!Just make sure you check your order because nothing is done when the customer is right.

Today I had the fried chicken combo with mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuit and drink. For the dessert I had the apple pie. The food was delicious! The service was off, because the order taker forgot to give me silverware and she gave me mashed potatoes instead of rice. The ambiance inside was really quiet, because it was around 5:00 pm and not too many people were there. I gave them 4 stars because of the silverware and the mashed potatoes.

The food was mid , the cashier was rude to my grandma the manager juan told us to not order here because they messed up my grandmas food .. customer service was HORRIBLE 1/10 ii DO NOT recommend .
