My family and I had a great experience today at this RedLobster location. Our waitress Heather was amazing. It was super busy due to it being Easter Sunday, but she made sure she attended to us perfectly. Kudos is also due to the manager who came over and ensured our meal and service was exceptional. Food was also great, biscuits were fresh and warm. They really made our day ?

No one at the entrance except another patron waiting as well. I had to call the restaurant and the host/manager??answered stating she was in the back filling to go orders. Not the first time that this same thing happened at this

On 03/07/2024 around 5:45pm at Red Lobster in Boynton, Me and my wife was seated in the bar dining area after about 5 minutes of sitting there the bartender greeted us and said he will be over from behind the bar. After about another 7 minutes no service so I goes back to the hostess stand to be reseated in a different area. After sitting there for a 5 minutes the waitress show up and served the table across from us then check on the table next to us then she goes to the hostess stand laughing and talking to them for about 2 minutes. She never acknowledge or check on us. I was upset and We just walked out togo eat somewhere else. So sad!
