I know you should expect excellence in a food court. However, I expected food that was edible. The you g kid working there (receipt said Mike) was not kind at all or even professional in the slightest. The food was awful. We threw away the pizza after just 2 bits. The bottom was not black from being nice and crispy but black from grime left in the oven for who knows how long. He was also stretching the next pizza on an extremely dirty food prep. He didn't even bother to wipe down or even brush off the leftover food that was on it from either the precious pizza or who knows maybe the day before. It's sad that establishments have allowed this to become the normal.

Just left here on father’s day 6/18/23 at 3:40 and the guy working was seriously scary and definitely on drugs. Behavior working was very erratic, he was sweating, staring off then slammed the spatula down on the oven out of no where. Scary!

So my son just went and got 2 slices and a drink. Because he didn't specify he wanted the special they charged him separately for the drink. They have a special that states you get 2 pizzas and a drink. Just saying. Customer service goes a long way.

The WORST employees here. The older man and young man both have disgusting attitudes, don’t care to help people, and cross their arms and back talk to a customer who had asked “are you open”Instead received “the lights are on doesn’t it look like we are open?”Well yes but you are walking up from the food court and the older man is texting and then grabs the spatulas with an attitude STILLL not even walking up to ask or communicate at all.Completely disgusting attitudes I cannot say it enough.And thennnn the old man has th audacity to say “oh if you can’t afford it just leave “Excuse me sir you haven’t even asked me what I wanted before your little young employee gave attitude to a customer.

Terrible place and horrid customer service. I went on 09/26/22 and we were treated like garbage, and we paid 11.20 for a terrible piece of pizza. Always the same. Some years ago I was insulted by a team member of that pizzeria, because he thought that I had very much cheese. I don't know if there is something about racial discrimination, are those people at Sbarro are impossible to accept. Who cares? No body. There is no management, there is no contact point. They are just a blind place that serves horrid food and treat you the most terrible way. You need to see the face of that cashier that attends you!!!!!

They used to be far better. The garlic bread isnt the same, the pizza also. The strombolis were good though. Very expensive for the quality of food.

Completely down hill, they barley put any food out any more . Only make a few things for their bar, everything closes way early. Complete waste of time for Italian. Maybe you can still get a slice of pizza . Old because it’s not so fresh sitting all day cause the mall is empty.
Some of it didn't look too fresh. But I got a delicious piece of pan style. It was good. I have eaten here before and it was always good but it looks like the pandemic hit this business kinda hard like many places in the mall.

The pizza I had was overdone,dry,and the pasta was dry with little sauce. so all in all not a great meal. I will go to other locations in the area . I saw other people eating food from here and they were not to happy either. However this is at other locations of the same chain like in NYC. and in Warwick,RI.. and they have the same problems. I guess you should blame the management of the company itself for not making the stores come up with better quality. It is a problem that should be able to be fixed if someone wanted to do it.

Just like the Boynton beach Mall the Sbarro’s in here is TRASH!! Im a huge fan as i born and raised in Long island just minutes away from their headquarters so i grew up on this place But… this is Def the Worst Representation of A Sbarro’s i’ve ever seen! Idk how the Corporation allows people to even Use their name and Sell this So called food and employ such staff!I am here Rt now about 15 ft away and lemme tell ya Very Easilly , eat somewhere else!So the Staff is Rude , Girl was texting when i walked up and did not even care i was there! When she was done she slipped phone back in her pocket and just looked at me , kinda like Well soo what do you want! Ok! Buffet food is dirty and most dish’s are empty jus burning up!Slice of Pizza (Just 1 Slice is $5 for plain or $6 for Pep. Or Veggie) $6 for One Slice is Nutz! When i Asked the guy if i was reading it right he was Annoyed that i was asking the price for the Single slice! Ended up w a Spinach Roll , asked for it to be hot , Xtra hot and of course it was not flavor is ok but the dough is not cooked inside the roll sooo… I got to eat the ends (Went to Popeys just now and got chicken tenders, which is why i decided to write this as i sit here and watch this disaster of a place! This is not Sbarrro’s , this is an Imposter i’ve eaten at Sbarro’s many many X’s and this by Far is the WORST! GO SOMEHWERE ELSE , save you $$$ $5.99 for. Peperoni Slice Gtfo!
