It's one of our favorite Starbucks locations ever! Great place to get coffee in Boynton Beach! We sometimes meet our clients here to discuss contracts or real estate plans. This is certainly a desirable place to meet for coffee in a comfortable setting. Staff is always friendly and service is always accompanied with a smile. Clean coffee shop. Very well managed Starbucks location. Highly recommended coffee shop in Palm Beach, Florida.Parking: Busy parking lot so drive safely and use caution. Usually a few parking spots close to the store.Kid-friendliness: I would certainly feel comfortable bringing my children to this coffee shop.

I moved around the area a couple of months ago. This Starbucks locations is probably one of favorites to come to. All the staff are super friendly and welcoming when you come in. Its very clean inside, the customer service is excellent. They always have my order ready within a couple of minutes.

Missy at the front helped me personalize the best drink I’ve ever tasted and her coworker with the reddish long hair did such a fantastic job! All the crew working weekdays late afternoon deserve a pat on the back for how pleasant the store is. 10/10 good vibes highly

The reason why I’m giving a 1 star is because1. Inconsistencies2. Condescending manner of speaking ack to customers3. Every time I am in a hurry and ordered on the app. Something is either missing or the food is made wrong, and when you question it you have to server eye balling you like you are stupid and uneducated.4. Always trying to explain how the food actually is vs what it supposed to be.5. The thing I actually have to pay for every extras that I want in my coffee. It’s not nice not to be respected.Today I ordered on the app, both drinks are not even full. I paid for caramel drizzle, I did not get that. Then I got in my car, only to find out the lid on the drink is actual cut half way and all the drink just spilled all over me.For someone who reserve 20 daily for Starbucks, I deserve better.

I'm visiting from out of state, and stopped by to get some drinks with my friends. Katie was wonderful! They all had a quick and efficient customer service! It was so nice to see Katie go out of her way for me. She was patient with my large group of friends, who had no idea what to order. She let me sample something that we don't carry in my hometown. She also gave great recommendations!The store was very clean and it was a great experience.Vegetarian options: Protein boxes without meat! Can take the meat off most of the breakfast sandwiches.Parking: Easy to find around lunch time on a Sunday.
