Drive through lady had major attitude, we had been waiting patiently and a lady came to the window and asked what we were waiting on (with attitude), we were waiting on our whole order. We had paid and were waiting patiently. The attitude was insane, hope she gets the help she needs. And the cup had way too much ice, it was barely any drink. I’m guessing she did that on purpose. Nonetheless, just go to a different location.

I got screwed... I ordered a vinte capuchino and they gave it to me half empty. I've gotten them like that at other Starbucks and it comes full. When I asked the barista she told me it's because the capuchino only gets one shot. So what's de difference in getting a large, grande or vinte, if she's going to give me the same thing??? Oh! I know! With the vinte they get to charge me much more!!! Screw that barista!!! Boo hoo!!

My second favorite Starbucks off Congress (there are three) While the customer service consistently friendly the consistency of the drinks leaves much to be desired. At times, they're fantastic; at others, disappointingly subpar. On multiple occasions, I've received pepper egg bites instead of the mushroom ones I ordered, which is particularly inconvenient as I dislike peppers. However, the standout feature of this location is its ice, distinct from other Starbucks establishments. They are round like boba balls. If you're here, stick to safe bets like refreshers and frappuccinos, which tend to maintain a consistent taste (albeit occasionally overly sweet). Avoid cold brews and specialty coffees, as they often come with missing ingredients, without any notice from the staff. If an item is out of stock, they'll substitute it with something entirely unrelated without informing you. The inside has plenty of space to sit, outside as well. Always clean.

I love this location!! I’ve lived in the area for a year now and everyone is so incredibly kind and sweet every single time I visit.Today I went through the drive through and wanted one of the holiday drinks but they don’t have the flavor anymore so Brianna (I hope I spelled her name correctly) helped me come up with a drink to try that would be similar. She was so incredibly kind and helpful and she genuinely wanted me to be happy with what I ordered. I left so happy and felt so taken care of! The employees really make the location great, they’re all amazing people.

I paid $27 cup I had gift receipt just in case, came to see if I can either get store credit or exchange …and they were giving me $13 on store credit … just bc it was 50% it doesn’t matter I paid full price for this cup I’m getting back $13 ? I’m not buying any cups from here again!! They are literally robbing your half price.

This Starbucks first of all my coffee was delicious. I used restroom which was spotless clean. I was so super busy with my work that I forgot my bag!Ron to do my appointment and realized my bag was missing?I called the Starbucks someone answered immediately. I said I’ve lost my bag. I’ve left it in the ladies room can you please please help me the barista asked me what color is your bag? I said my bag is blue fur by Mr & Mrs Italyshe told me I have it for you. I tried running out after you, but you had already pulled out of the parking lot, OMG how amazing I was 2 exits north turned around to pick my bag up STARBUCKS CREW HERE thank you Happy Holidays merry Christmas to everybody and thank you so much for your honesty returning my purse and keeping it safe for me it. Happy holidays everyone at this Starbucks. Thank you so much.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I found bugs in my matcha…the place is unsanitary and extremely hot. There were so many bugs flying across the store, especially when I went to go pick up my drink in the mobile pick up. I feel extremely bad for these worker's how they have to deal with such an unsanitary area…

Starbucks I’m so tired of me paying for items I add and don’t receive, I’ve been taking loss after loss and no complaints. You all try to move so fast and mess up terribly the lines are too long to try and double back. Big inconvenience especially for a tired single mom all I want is a good drink before work this sets my day and I am aggravated now. $18 a day add up I ask for my bacon to be cooked open face for my Gouda sandwich & guest what I always get a brick sandwich!The tip question should automatically be removed at this point!
