30 minutes in drive thru is completely unacceptable, even after getting to the window most people ahead of me didn't have their drinks ready and had to wait at window, this is ridiculous when they're charging so much.

As I was waiting for my drink last Sunday morning, the nice barista who was making my drink was stopped and yelled at by her manager and I’m not too sure about what but the poor barista looked so overwhelmed by all the drinks, (it was a very busy sunday morning) and they looked very understaffed. I just found the entire experience to be very poor. While I was upset by the wait for my drink, I found the scolding during a busy time very unpleasant and unprofessional. Shout out to the nice barista that continued to work hard!

Typical busy Starbucks. No dark roast after early morning (why?). Service is good but orders often have to be redone - this time making a cold drink that was requested hot. Careless preparation just delays everyone. Nice, friendly service though.

Terrible. Just terrible. They are so slow, and are rude to customers. This is outrageous and they also tried to charge me more for what I had ordered by putting in whatever they wanted. I recommend going to some other coffee place or another Starbucks.

The manager was cleaning the tables and being all around cheerful and when she got to the table where I was working offered me a cup of water. A small gesture but very appreciated!

Ordered 10 minutes ahead my coffee so it will be ready when I arrive. To my surprise it wasn’t, they started making it when I arrived to the store, $9 for a burn coffee that taste like dirty water and now I have to go back o my to get a refund. It’s not the first time it happens at this location, I’m not coming
