The food was not good. I had the bacon cheeseburger single with french fries. My friend had a hot dog and onion rings. To drink, I had an Oreo shake, which was very good, and she had a diet coke. It's all self-service situation. You order through a kiosk and then you pick up your food get your own drinks where you have to scan a QR code to make the machine work which I did not know because this was my first time there. I can now say I have been there two times, my first and last.

I ordered 4 shakes to go. When I got home I realized that my shakes were 3/4 parts whipcream and a little bit of shake. What a disappointment!!!
I've been coming to this location for the past 15 years. Anyone who acts like the service was ever great is lying (all fast food service is so, so you get what you pay for). The employees are underpaid and overworked (take the time to get to know them before assuming they are the entitled ones). That being said, I have never had a bad experience here. Even when there was an error with my food (as long as I was also polite), the error was corrected ASAP. Funny people want their food fast but also cooked long enough to not be raw? Doesn't work both ways. Cooking food takes time, and sacrificing time obviously sacrifices quality. This post is more for the ENTITLED customers who can't be bothered with an isolated bad experience and expect people who barely make enough to pay their bills care about their slight inconvenience

This location is currently on my way home from work. I started coming through several months back. I was impressed with the service in the drive thru. Very polite and accurate with the order. The food was hot and fresh. Then something changed with the quality of food, cold hamburger and lukewarm fries. But still a cheap place to get something to eat. I had came inside to order, because I needed to use the bathroom. I observed that burgers coming off the grill would sit on the cutting board waiting for condiments an extended period of time. Which is the reason why the burgers are cold and gross. I had received the shake in a fair amount of time. An extended period of time went by and no food. I asked the lady about my order- That maybe they had lost the order because it had been over a 1/2 hour already. She laughed at me. Then I asked the manager. The manager put my order together. The burger was cold and onion rings were greasy.
