Don't do it. Lobby is somewhat nice. The room was a musty disaster. Smelled like damp mildew. Who knows what you are breathing in. Tub and shower haven't been cleaned ever. Pretty sure there was black mold on the shower head itself. We demanded a refund and stayed at the Hard Rock Seminole instead. Front desk was very nice and accommodating. Don't do it.

I stayed at the courtyard by Marriott in Boynton Beach Florida. I was visiting my son and grandchildren, & its location was very convenient to their home. The first night I was searching thru Yelp to find coffee shops and restaurants nearby. When I came to the review of my hotel, since it was a definite pan; I read on. I searched all "troubled areas" in my room, found nothing, but perhaps a need for renovation and I went to sleep on clean sheets & a nicely made bed. The next morning, I was assigned a new room 404, since 434 was too far from the elevator. The exchange was done by the staff, this room was also comfortable and very clean. This is the first time I felt obligated to insert my pleasant experiences after reading the other horror stories. I hope this reviews balances out the untruths the were posted before. Pleasant professional and eager to make my stay most comfortable.

Update..tv broken for 2 days and now roaches!! Cant even get the tv looked at again until tomorrow. Turned down ac because it's cold and now the room is damp and musty. This place is disgusting!!!

I stayed here for 2 days and must admit that while the lobby is nice and the pool area/grounds look great, the rooms themselves leave a lot to be desired. I am a Marriott rewards member and I've stayed at Marriot hotels MANY times over the years. The decor in the rooms seemed dated. The first room I was given had some weird odor in the bathroom and they didn't offer to move me. They sent some guy who poured some freshener around and said, "I don't smell anything." I moved to a new room the next day that seemed to be somewhat better.MARRIOTT beds are usually awesome but these were not - overall the location and stuff outside the room are better than the rooms themselves. Also, the rate wasn't bad if that matters. I wouldn't say it's horrible. I would only say my expectations for Marriott were a little higher than this.

My second time at this hotel. a bit tricky to find on first go around, parking can be a bit challenging as it shares the lot with other businesses. If parking was better, I would have given the hotel 5 stars. Room updated, clean and bed very comfortable. Only other negative for me was that housekeeping not an option for me as I was only there 3 nights, I do prefer daily housekeeping. Staff polite and helpful.

The place needs a little more maintenance balcony was pretty rough kinda moldy bathroom had some rough spots in it ( see pictures ) all the pillows from the couch were stuffed behind the couch , but guess since we were using points to pay for the room (#315 )it's what we got the rest of the room was pretty clean. We have stayed here before and it was better. And on top of it all on a stormy Saturday night the Bistro and bar were closed......

I sent 15 days at the courtyard by Marriott (5/16-5/31/23) and was very satisfied with ALL of the employees. Since I'm relying on the use of "2" canes to walk, they made sure my stay was satisfying. There's "1"particular person that stood out the most. His name is Alex. ( front desk agent) Since I didn't bring a plug to charge my phone, Alex offered me his personal phone adapter till I was able to purchase one for myself. Thank you Alex.

Needs a serious refresh. Dingy and the rooms and common area decor/carpets are a blast from the past. As a former Marriott employee and current frequent traveler, it's very disappointing to see how far the Marriott standards have fallen.As a result, Marriott does not get all of my lodging business as they used to and I will continue to phase them out as until my rewards points are depleted.

Rooms and common areas need a serious refresh as it’s way past due and kind of dingy. As a former Marriott employee and frequent traveler it’s very disappointing to see how far the Marriott standards have fallen. I used to give Marriott 95% of my lodging business and as a result of their decline, I will continue to phase them out until my rewards points are depleted.

This place isn't bad .. 4 star cause the towels and beds linens are not great but other than that it's fine . There is plenty of places to eat around here that are a 1 min walk . McDonald, bw3 , Cuban , Brazilian , Vietnamese. There's even boba tea ... what more do you want ? Shopping also walking distance , kohls , cvs , big lots .. there's even a barber shop in the strip . Looks dope too , there was a group of them playing cards outside it . the parking lot in this hotel is huge and connected to all the other shops , it's in like a strip mall . The pool area is very nice . Grounds are clean . I wish I would have brought my rollerblades, this parking lot would have been perfect . Plenty of space away from cars to do that . You can bring your dog . I've seen a few on the property . I love that . This area seems pretty safe and the locals are friendly. Is it as nice as some of the other Marriott's ? No, but you can bring your dog . Don't let the negative reviews deter you from staying here , it's not bad . For the price , you are a short drive to the beach and you can have your furry friend with you .. I'd say it's a win

I had a terrific experience at this hotel. The young man at the Front Desk was very helpful and was great. I arrived a little early but was able to get into a room and get some work done. The pool was so relaxing and I got some great sun after my meeting. The surrounding area was great as well with shopping and dining choices. The free parking was a bonus as well. I will return!

Clean and quiet. That's what's important to me, and this hotel had both. The pool was nice and the staff was helpful. Great location too as you can walk to coffee shops, restaurants, stores etc. I would recommend staying here.

I came here for a conference that was held in the banquet room. I don't believe that the Marriott provided the food so I can't comment on their catering.There is a coffee shop in the hotel that sells Starbucks coffee and food.There is plenty of free parking and the hotel is. Close to I95
