Because the food is so casual, I wish the prices would reflect that. If the portion sizes were bigger, I would say it would be more worth it, but it was unfortunately overpriced for what we received.The service was slow but they were busy and the waitresses were very friendly.

My husband and I went for breakfast this past Sunday. It was such a fun welcoming home town experience. The Benedict was phenomenal and the service from ALL staff was exceptional. We will be back. We are from small hometown Medina Ohio. We miss that sort of customer service. The Owl brought that feeling all back to us ❤️❤️

I've had the pleasure of going to the Owl on many occasions. I've met the owners, Kelly and Jim and I must say they are 2 of the nicest people I've met down here. You can find either of them on the floor helping and conversing with their customers. The staff is also super friendly and attentive. The food is excellent and well presented. Try the wheatberry bread. It's out of this world. GO HERE!

Terrible breakfast. Hash browns tasted like packed potatoes. Omelette not cooked. The toast was not toasted. And very expensive for what you get. There is a surcharge to pay with a credit card. Not good and would not recommend this restaurant.

So disappointed, today. We've been regulars over the years. Always had prompt friendly service. Today, it took over 10 minutes to place our order. You'll notice we didn't rate the food, because we left after another 40 minutes without having been served. No one even stopped by the table to apologize or offer explanation. None of the staff or owners we were accustomed to were there, so it seems clear that the business has been sold. We won't be returning.Follow up: I just got an email from the owner who was clearly upset by this review and apologized. I've adjusted my rating up to 3 stars, but hesitate to remove my review since it is truthful. Perhaps we will give them another try to upgrade the review. Feel free to disregard my experience if subsequent reviews are better.

They allow a man to chain smoke while eating. All of the outside guests were visibly uncomfortable. If we didn't already order, we would have left. Won't be returning. Eggs were also overcooked, and the cheese was poorly placed on the omelets.Response to owner: This is certainly, without doubt, the correct establishment which I verified by viewing the pictures and location. I was told by the waitstaff that the man "had permission". If you have a camera pointed outside your restaurant you should spot him around noon on 2/18.2nd Response to owner: The owner emailed me saying "If the smoke was bothering you, I personally would go out and make him stop" admitting to the fact they personally allow smokers.
Just like the owner, the food is nasty. Just read through these reviews.
