I come to the Seed almost every morning for an iced latte & a small bite. I love the food, service and overall shop. The staff is inviting & friendly yet still getting me out the door in a timely manner for work! I highly recommend if you’re looking for that small business

Ordered the bacon quiche. An employee heated it up for me and it was as hard as a rock.

I absolutely love the seed and was so excited to find another location. This one is smaller than most but it does make the ordering process faster. Still a location just as aesthetic as the rest with the same amount of care in drink making. Really only a bar of seating inside for 2 people but there are a few outdoor tables. Easy to find parking in the lot. I ordered my favorite Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte with macadamia nut milk and my fiancé ordered the strawberries and cream latte with macadamia nut milk. First of all we love macadamia nut milk and whenever it is an option we must have it. Totally obsessed. I do have to say the strawberries and creme latte was absolutely delicious and almost a new favorite over the Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte, almost. Both are definitely worth it. I would also say all locations do a great job at quality control with their drinks as mine tasted the same as all the others and was just as delicious as always.

I tried this place for the first time this week after much anticipation from following them on Instagram. I was super excited to support a small business and try their valentine's seasonal drink. To start the place barely fit the 5 customers that were there, the cashier and the batista were not friendly and did not seem to be happy to assist customers. In fact, the customer who came after me waited 10 minutes to order. I ordered the seasonal Rosé iced Latte, which was ok, but not much rose flavor. Then I asked if I could order the iced matcha but have them blend it. The cashier looked confused, so I advised her they serve smoothies, so could you put the matcha in the blender with the ice and milk and just make it that way. She said hold on, asked the batista who turned looked at me with a nasty face when she asked her and said no to the cashier. The cashier came back and said, "we're not allowed to". It's fine if you can't but the way the staff acted was enough of a turn off for me to know I didn't like this place because the staff was just not friendly. Also, it's a common ask and way to make this matcha drink, so to look at me with disgust was startling. I ordered a blended smoothie on their menu instead since that's all they're allowed to blend apparently. It was okay, but way over priced for what it was.I tried reaching out to the Instagram account privately via direct message to provide my feedback about only the matcha and in a comment under one of their old posts. They didn't respond and deleted my comment, which only asked them nicely to please consider offering the matcha blended as an option. Shows the same attitude and approach to customers online as I received in person by this coffee house and chain. We won't be going back, not recommending it to anyone after seeing how they handle customers and feedback. Thus why I decided to give my full experience with the store. There are plenty other small business coffee shops in the area I'll be giving our business to instead.

This place is super cute on the inside, they really made it a very inviting. The plaza itself is kinda boring (but that has nothing to do with them so.....). The food selection is great!!! We tried the bagel bomb was literally the BOMB!!! Heated to the perfect temp so the cream cheese is still a little stiff but a little gooey and the crescent is so buttery and flakey!!!! We also had the cronut, again amazing!!!! Signed up for the rewards program so happy I did, I will 1000% be back! Coffee was also good I'll prob try a tea or smoothie next time though.

the funky monkey smoothie with vegan protein was delectably creamy and delicious, and the iced almond milk matcha with a dash of strawberry was probably the best i’ve ever had. (most cafes seem to give way too much syrup even when you only ask for a little, but the seed cafe was wonderful). we originally came here because my partner is vegan and the seed has suitable, plant-based protein options. thanks to the staff for being super friendly and kind : )we are visiting from nyc but will definitely be back! ?

I've visited this place more than 20 times and have never encountered stale food or coffee grinds in my coffee. For those unaware, their vanilla syrup is homemade, using real vanilla beans. Let's give credit to this local shop for its commitment to fresh ingredients. It's disheartening when people unfamiliar with such quality come here to complain. Might as well criticize ice cream companies for having "coffee grinds" in their vanilla ice cream. While I enjoy all Seed locations, this one stands out as my favorite because of its unique and delicious specials. The staff and chefs here are exceptional, providing a consistently pleasant and friendly experience alongside delectable baked goods and coffee. In my opinion, this is the best coffee shop in town. Extremely clean with outdoor seating. Great establishments often includes a rotating menu. Let's take a moment to appreciate this place for crafting limited specialty items using fresh ingredients, rather than offering specials with items nearing the end of their shelf life, as seen in other places. Instead of lamenting the absence of a beloved item from the menu, why not recognize the common sense behind the owner's action? Continuously making unpopular items would lead to wastage of resources and compromises freshness, inviting complaints about staleness. It's a cycle that doesn't benefit anyone. Instead, why not kindly request the item to be made for a limited time or place a private order? That way, everyone gets to enjoy their favorite treats without compromising quality or freshness.

Got the beef empanadas and London fog which was pretty good! It was hard with limited seating and no restrooms available to use so it seems to be more of a grab and go then sit and enjoy but would still go there if I was passing through!
