Does not deserve any stars at all.Beware of this place - there are reasons why this place was empty at 5:45 pm. They had more people behind the counter than eating - it was depressing! Was looking for comfort food - stuffed cabbage dinner. Came with soup - one huge matzoball (which was kind of good) with very dry chicken meat.Main entree arrived, no sweet and sour sauce or raisins - a thick bitter red sauce glopped on top of the cabbage rolls. The one bit I tried was tasteless, like hospital food. Tried to enhance flavor with salt/pepper - no luck everything was clumped at the bottom of shaker. The carrots were unevenly cooked, but most of them were not - still half raw, bland and cold. Refused to eat and returned to kitchen. Interestingly enough the manager/chef did not come to ask why food was returned - I guess he already knew.Still hungry and very let down, I ordered the latkes appetizer - wrong move. Tasteless, spiky, over-fried hashbrowns - nothing like real latkes. Gave up after eating one and a half. The only thing I enjoyed was the Dr. Brown's cream soda.I don't know what happened, they used to have great food before they moved to the current location. I don't even know if all Too Jay's are like this one - but this has been THE WORST dining experience, ever! Even worse than Olive Garden - which apparently forgot the recipe for garlic.Maybe, I should have known better when I saw "fully loaded latkes" smothered with bacon on the menu - ugh!Never going back and if you still have taste buds, neither should you.

The best part about our meal was our very friendly and accommodating waitress, Stacy. The food, however, was another story, starting with the greasiest basket of onion rings we ever had. They actually squirted; I wish I were exaggerating. Just awful. The fish and chips weren't much better, though my husband's corned beef sandwich was good. Another minus: their water is absolutely over-chlorinated! We both ordered tea and could only taste chlorine. Please fix this, Too-Jay's there's no excuse for it.This restaurant has such a vast and good-sounding menu - it's too bad so much potential is squandered on mediocrity.

We ordered two classic sandwiches through GrubHub. It took over an hour to get the meals and they were both wrong. We called the restaurant and politely asked them to correct the order and redeliver the correct sandwiches. The manager was incredibly rude and said it was not his responsibility to take care of incorrect orders, and that most likely they sent out the right thing and we were wrong, how ridiculous is that when I order a turkey sandwich and I got nothing but a dry corn beef sandwich. He doesn't deserve to have a job. Completely disappointed, and will never set foot in that establishment again. Besides that if you have ever been in there, it looks like it's ready to close anyway. It's quite dirty. And the manager is nothing but a little dirty boy.

First and last time at this place. Worst hostess I've ever met in restaurants in the area. This girl Kristy was completely rude, impatient and not polite. The star I gave here is solely for the waitress who serves me, she was attentive and kind.
