I ordered last minute birthday arrangement for a good friend on a Saturday. They were very busy with 3 funerals and also a very bad storm but they got a beautiful arrangement out to a dear friend who needed a cheering up. Our delivery instructions were somewhat difficult but they delivered on time and the arrangement thrilled our friend. I love using local merchants without going thru a national service that takes a big commission. The merchant appreciates it, too, and goes the extra mile. Don't hesitate in using Boynton Villager.

Complete waste of money. Bouquet delivered to my mother looks NOTHING like what was advertised online. Unfortunately for me I didn't see any of the other reviews until after I'd already placed my order. Stay away from this fraudulent florist!

A zero star experience. Ordered online. Spoke with them about order. My mom never received her birthday flowers. I receive no call from the company as to why. My mom receives no messages either. Speak with this company the next day and am screamed at by a sarcastic raging man who tells Me it's my fault that the guard gate wouldn't let him in. He never bothered to call my mom or me and just kept repeating that the guard gate wouldn't let him in. Blamed me for the whole thing. Boynton beach is all gated communities. You'd think they would know how this works. He screamed. I screamed back. I asked for a refund. He hung up. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Completely Screwed. Spent 100 bucks on an arrangement that when they finally delivered it, a day late, it looked like absolute garbage. Wilted, blown out and a few broken stems. The vase and arrangement looked NOTHING like what was ordered. I requested a refund and was told no by some guy that just wanted me off the phone. They said they would send another as a replacement but that never happened. Turns out I thought I was ordering from The Boynton Beach Florist on Ocean Ave who are amazing but had mistakenly gone to this business's website instead.

In 2016 I went to Boynton Village Florist, picked out and paid for a sympathy arrangement with no issues. Now in 2019 I needed another sympathy arrangement. I checked the Web site to ensure they have the same one as before and they do, although it was $5 more which was fine. I showed up to the proper address and couldn't find the store. I walked all over the strip mall looking for it, thinking they had moved. There's a sign which says "Florist" on the board as you enter the area, and the Web site said I was in the right location but it was now a pharmacy. I went inside and asked the pharmacist if they've always been there and they said they opened up within the last few years. I asked if they knew what it was before and they said a flower shop but that closed about three years ago and moved to a new location. They haven't updated their address on their Web site in three years? Then I looked at all the other negative reviews both here and on Google. Please avoid this place at all costs. There are so many flower stores in Boynton and Delray Beach. This place is terrible.

Sent flowers to my mom for her birthday and after spending $70, the arrangement she received looked nothing like what I ordered. I ordered the "Sunny Day" sunflower arrangement with a yellow pitcher vase and what she received was entirely different. The arrangement was far more green than yellow, unlike the photo, and they came in a completely different colored vase that was not a pitcher. When I called, the woman on the phone was rude and unapologetic, insisting that what I received was "better quality" than what I ordered. Great, but I would have preferred to have received a call telling me you were out of what I ordered and ask if I would like to proceed with my purchase. The answer would have been no, I would not have spent the money I did on the arrangement received.

Worst flower shop I've ever dealt with. Ordered a very specific arrangement and specified that it be exactly as pictured because it was going to someone who lost their spouse. They delivered the arrangement late, and it completely different than what I ordered. Called and their voicemail is always full. Messaged them on FB and never received a response. TERRIBLE PEOPLE.

I placed an online order for my mom's birthday! What I ordered was not even close to what was received, and when I called I was told, "Oh, we don't have that. We can't get that. I should have called, but I wasn't here.". They offered to pick up the arrangement and make something else, but again it was a gift and why take it back to make something else that was not what I ordered. I let her know I would not ever order from them again and she said okay, fine. Terrible customer service, and NEVER AGAIN!!!

I was very leery about ordering flowers because of some of the reviews that were posted. I was ordering flowers for a very dear man in my life. And we all have the type of person in our lives that you love but they can be a little difficult to please because of their keen attention to detail. I needed to flowers delivered yesterday and no other florist was able to deliver an arrangement same day with blue flowers. Rod's favorite color is blue so they had to be blue. No other color was gonna work for me. I called to place the order and explained to the staff how important it was to get this right. They let me know everything was going to be taken care of and I had nothing to be worried about. They took my number and promised that before the order went out they would text me a photo for approval. The photo they sent got my approval but the photo that meant the most was seeing the smile on his face holding the flowers. What it does to your heart to see someone you love and care about have a smile on their face. Thank you to the staff for helping out a smile on Rod's face.

Hate to leave bad reviews but I had someone surprise me with an arrangement and felt terrible at the amount of money they paid for a bunch of dried out almost dead flowers. Definitely not worth the money. Hope this helps someone.

I had forgot to order flowers for a friends funeral service the next morning so I placed my order after hours on their website. I had requested the arrangement be delivered the next morning by 10:00 a.m. By the time I arrived at the church, there they were. Absolutely beautiful! Actually more beautiful than the picture on their site. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
