Drive thru worker was beyond clueless, kept insisting I pay for someone else's order even when I said several times we had a prepaid mobile order. Left us waiting 10 min for food, when I got tired of waiting and went inside there were roaches in the dining room. Disgusting, go to literally any other location.

This is the worst Wendy's I have ever been to in the 8 states I've lived in... The customer service is always awful! So many rude employees and I really don't understand how they get away with such negative attitudes. Clearly management doesn't care about customer service, quality of food or their job let alone the people that they're supervising. Hands down this location is a horrible representation of what Wendy's should be like... It makes me sad because of all the fast food chains Wendy's is my favorite and unfortunately this location is the one closest to my neighborhood so I've stopped eating at Wendy's all together unless I happen to be in a different city/ area. Wendy's Corporate should really pay attention to this location because it needs a lot of help!
Service is always questionable. Late at night it's 50/50 they even answer the Drive-Thru. Today, my last visit there I ordered a $6 Biggie Bag meal, that came out to $7.38. They don't give out receipts, either they did not understand my order, which isn't likely because the food I received was my order, the menu pricing was wrong, or they scammed me for $1.Avoid this Wendy's, there is a Checker's right down the road that has better and more honest service.

We haven’t even ordered yet and I’m still pretty disgusted at the restaurant. Walked into a person sleeping, in the floor, in the corner. The bathrooms have no soap. When we walked in the looks we got let us know we definitely weren’t welcome. We love Wendy’s for our fast food stops. We won’t be back to this one.
