My card wasn’t going through and the girl working tonight paid for my food. I unfortunately didn’t get her name but she looked like she was the only one that was a girl so I hope you guys really give her a raise. She was amazing and she ended up paying for my food out of her pocket.

These customer service on DoorDash areScammers and Wingstop COUNTYOUR DAYS... I ordered an 8pcs combo with cheese fries and a Dr Pepper and let me tell you how disgusting that thing was!!! The FRIES WERE SOGGY AAAND NASTY AND THE WI INNGGS WAS HARDER THAN than a rock These people gave me leftover wings which costed me 20 something dollars and when asked DoorDash for a refund they gave me an $8 compensation I received the refund but THESE PEOPLE ONLY REFUNDED ME FIVE DOLLARS!!! Oh, and MY DR PEPPER CAME WITH NO ICE, THEY TOLD MY DOOR-DASHER THAT THEY AIN'T GOT NO DAMN ICE...MIND YOU I ASKED FOR EVERYTHINGFRESH FOR THE FOOD!!!!!!!!

Went in at 1:00 PM and waited to 1:34 PM. Food wasn’t ready and my lunch break was over. Wasted time will not be going back and will not recommend.

Food is usually pretty good. A bit inconsistent at this Wingstop location. Wings are usually dry and lack enough sauce, so we have to remember to ask for extra next time. Understandable because they seem to be short staffed. The store seems to be clean and orderly in the front and back. Might have to stand around for 5 minutes before the staff acknowledges you. Mostly younger people work there, so they're learning. Overall seems to be well managed, and I'd recommend to anybody who likes wings.Parking: Be patient as the parking lot is usually full and active, especially at dinner time. Use caution, a spot is usually open.

The wingstop app wasn't showing everything on the menu so we decided to go in person and see if they were sold out. they weren't. we proceeded to order our good (2, 6 piece meals) and i didn't check the bag before i left.. my mistake ? went home and got the wrong order so i went back and they told me it would be 8 minutes.. ended up being almost 40 minutes . they offered 0 compensation and its no wonder why i stopped getting this food. never again.

Ordered online and got to the store there was no employees and Door locked. 20 mins waiting all 4 employees showed up with food and laughing from the store Playa bowls grand opening, no acknowledgement of the line of customers they left waiting with no answers. Called the district manager and he apologized and did handle the situation accordingly but still upset I had to wait over an hour for my order and did not get any respect from the employees. Customer service is definitely not a thing at this location!!!

First and last time there. Worst service ever. I was told that it would be a 25 minute wait, however it turned out to be 50 minutes. And I can understand the wait being that they were very busy and it’s Friday. There was hardly any drinks available in the fountain machine however the cashier was far too busy to replace it. The employees were yelling at each other and on occasion at customers that were complaining about the wait. Then after all that, they managed to forget the chicken tenders that I ordered for my kid and the chicken is over fried.I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone. The corporate office needs to reevaluate this location.

The fries were served cold and soggy, while the tenders were cold in the middle, showing a lack of proper cooking. It felt like the establishment was poorly managed, run by untrained teenagers. It’s only this specific location but it’s consistently terrible.
