I have had the great pleasure of savoring the ice cream at Gelato-Go. Absolutely delicious. But what makes the experience even better is the two young ladies who work there, Sofia and Isabela. Great service from these two young ladies. They are extremely friendly, sociable and go out of their way to make the experience even more enjoyable. Kudos to both of the them. Went there last week for some gelato... The service was dry and rude The gelato was not the best I ever had, but should have been for the price. We had 2 sugar cones with 2 scoops each and they were literally so small they fell down into the bottom of the cone and looked like we had cones without anything in them. That being said, they actually wanted you to tip the person as well. So to sum it up, we had a rude girl hand us 2 laughable cones with very little gelato for almost $20 and she wanted a tip for that. I am confused, you open up shop in a tourist area, hire rude people, overcharge them and don't pay your employees enough and then try to get customers to make up their wages... good plan but I am sure that will fail.

This is just the most delicious and authentic gelato I've had on Anna Maria. The service is wonderful and the shop is very clean.
The young gal working here was very unfriendly and just rude. The mint gelato I purchased had the most awful after taste - like gasoline. I had my friends taste it, too, and they agreed it was inedible. When I brought it back to the shop, rather than apologizing and replacing the cone, the young girl sneered and said no one complained about it then walked away. The place itself smelled like urine. I am not the person to write bad reviews but this was a very disheartening experience.
