Walked in on Tuesday December 5th at 7:00 and stood at the entrance for quite a while. Didn’t seem very busy. Finally my husband walked into the back and told the staff we would seat ourselves in a booth.We waited for a server to come over. They were aware we were waiting. No one ever came. No menus, water, acknowledgment we were even there.We walked out.

My daughter's steak was over cooked, the ribs were dry and tough they didn't have any angry orchard so that would mean that management doesn't have very good inventory control also they were out of lava cakes. The waitress was nice and very pleasant. I don't think I'll be returning to those location.

Our food order took 45 minutes to come out. Talked to a nasty manager who said, our food is "cooked fresh". That was obviously not true, since it was only warm when it got to the table. Definitely better places to eat.
Sad but true service for NO reason! Don't bring your bad tude to work! Only 3 people at bar and us. Took FOREVER get a drink and then NO salt on margs? Aked for it and she mumbled something, Not supposed to?? not sure..To get refills seemed painful for bartender. Ordered burger as rare as possible and was WELL done. Fries were GREAT and artichoke dip/chips. It was upsetting to get the cold treatment from bartender so we finally spoke to FRIENDLY Mgr Terry! I "might" give another try but wish that bartender not working when I do...js.....made US feel uncomfortable!!! Pitiful

The food came out quickly. It was hot and delicious. We sat at the bar. The person who helped us was fabulous.
The place had hardly any customers in there and it still took about 15 minutes to get our drinks. When we eventually did get what we ordered to eat, I personally got a cheeseburger and when I ate the first bite it was full of grease. I ate a few more bites and threw it out. I'll never go there again.

Saturday night we visited the 64 E location and had a very disappointing experience. It began when the unobservant hostess who tried to sit us at a high top. My mother-in-law is hunched over on a walker, so climbing up into a high top booth or chair is clearly not an option. After being sat at a regular booth no one acknowledged us for at least 15 minutes. Two wait staff, one of the hostesses, and the manager passed by us several times without looking our way. By the time we decided to get up and leave my wife was fuming. We went next door to Outback and had a great meal and excellent service. We like Applebee’s, so we’re extremely disappointed to see how this location was operating this past weekend.

Unfortunately I can not share a nice experience. We live very close and due to that kept going back hoping the bad experience was just a one time thing. Nope! Tonight's experience was a defining moment. We won't go back. I could go on and on with more details but will leave it here with saying what everyone wants most in their experience they have failed on all boxes only tonight was an unbelievable grand slam. Tonight was the final straw.
