Stopped with Mrs. Today, for a quick dinner.I had the pot pie special, and the Mrs had a gyro.The pot pie was really loaded with chicken and veggies, just as I had hoped it would be. Served very hot! I thought that it could have had a little more flavor. The crust was kinda dry, not flakey at all. It was something I would consider ordering again.The Mrs gyro was rated as simply good. The pasta salad was also ok.The restaurant was very clean.We need to come back and try the ribs and flame broiled chicken.

I've been to all of the Basil's for years. I'm friends with Nick & Stavros. However, this location is about a mile from my house.So I started going to this location & I've noticed the owner (Phillp) has the personality of a wet cardboard box.But it's so close I kept going there, until tonight. Philly waits on me & he's rude as hell. I tell him I'll leave. Philly: "I don't care, leave."So I drove to the Nick Basil's, and ate there. Nick & I had a few laughs about Philly.Won't be back. Philly, there's a new invention taking the country by storm: customer service & reviews.This guy, Philly is a total joke. Business acumen comparable to an inbred on steroids. Nick & I still laugh about this idiot.

We look forward to Basil's everything we come to town. We decided to order ahead on the app. My husband showed up to pick up our order. The man behind the counter said, "It is right here." He then preceded to wait on seven walk-ins ahead of him. Not cool. Beware with online orders.

The service has gone downhill. I’m saddened by this because they were my favorite. The Greek Salad I got today was horrible. There was lettuce and barely any ingredients and the ones there, like the cucumbers, were nasty and old! My salad was less than desired and it’s my favorite. I’m saddened by this.
