This restaurant I go to periodically and everytime I go its always a hit or miss with them. I got dinner for my family today from here and they went skimpy on condiments on my whopper with no ketchup! My boyfriends spicy chicken sandwiches were burnt and disgusting, and they shorted me a fry that I paid for after spending $35 at their restaurant today! Lately they have been VERY lazy when it comes to their food and not giving me everything that I ordered. So now im going to start going there less! Disappointing!

Just order from this Burger King and it was horrible. Food was cold and rubbery. Fries were all smashed and soggy. None the burgers had cheese and they put only one strip of bacon. Food looked and tasted like it had been sitting there for hours. The delivery company was fast and there was no spills, so I know it wasn't them. It reminded me why I had stopped eating at BK years ago. Now my stomach is killing me and everyone at home regrets ordering from this Burger King. They really need to up there game. To me BK is at the moment the worst fast food restaurant.

Sat in line for 10 minutes just to be told to wait out front for my food and sat for ANOTHER 35 minutes after they had taken my money and then told me they were closed . WOULD not recommend!! Never got my food !

Too bad that it isn't possible to give a negative stars rating. Hands down the worst fast food location the area. Drive thru speaker sounds like the Charlie Brown character no one can understand. The drive staff not wearing masks or for that matter even paying attention. Had to order at the drive thru window and actually had to call him back to finish the order. Of course, it was short the fries. Immediately turned around and went back to the restaurant to get the fries, which the "manger" treated like we were trying to get a second order of gold bars for free. As one would expect, they were ice cold along with the rest of the food by the time the issue was resolved. I feel sorry for any staff there who actually wants to work but this location should not make the cut.

Service was quick but the quality of the food was by far the worst EVER!! I ordered 1 whopper jr w/cheese, 2 bacon cheeseburgers, 2 orders of chicken nuggets, & 1 spicy chicken sandwich. The chicken nuggets was THE ONLY thing hot in the bag. The sandwiches were cold to the touch while wrapped. The nuggets were placed on top of the sandwiches, as if it wouldn’t be noticed right away. The bacon on the sandwiches were not cooked at all nor was the meat on the burgers. They knowingly wrapped the sandwiches and was about to feed me and my family. I quickly went back around to the window and asked for a refund. Terrible experience and I WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.

Great Service tonight on drive thru! I had the worst experience with Dominos Pizza tonight they almost make me cry? but Burger King made our night tonight with their great,courteous, proffesional service❤️
