The food is the same no matter where you go I would choose Burger King over McDonald's any day the quality is so much better. The only complaint that I have is the inside of the building and the parking lot is very old and outdated definitely needs a renovation but the staff they are always polite and friendly and have never made a mistake on my order. There are times where the wait at drive-thru is a little longer than it usually is but I understand that sometimes customers order large orders so things do happen but all in all I'm very much pleased

I get this every other month at the same location. They've never messed up my order, always are nice and polite to me. And 80% of the time they're quick and easy..Definitely a good place to go for quick service on a budget(with coupons)

Always a bad experience here. Their "chocolate" mini shakes are still white and very little chocolate syrup at the bottom of the cup. Tastes just like vanilla.

Normally I never have a problem here they are fast and almost always get it right however today My order was bagged wrong and I was missing a few items then I called about it the manager Jill was very professional and fast on the phone She has made this right Without wasting my time Jill is a awesome manager

Front desk cashier's were very nice and attentive and great customer service... However, I was very disappointed when I went to the bathroom and one of the employees that works on the food line went to the bathroom, use it and didn't washed her hands.. Horrible specially in these times of pandemic.. Are you kidding me!!!! I couldn't believe it...

Having said that, this particular location gets 5-stars for their consistently good service & fast drive thru times. Respect to all of the employees working during this time too. With some restaurants closing or restricting hours and capacity, places like this pill thru for everybody's everyday food needs. 5-stars
