This was our second visit to this restaurant. The first visit we got the French dip and it was pretty good. We ordered online and it was ready in the time promised. The second visit, however we ordered the meatball sub and while it was ready on time, the quality was sub par, more sauce than meatballs and the sub was not hot but barely Luke warm. I will probably give this place another try and hope the second visit was just a fluke.

Terrible experience at this location. Completely ignored after putting in an online order. Was told my order wasn’t ready yet after waiting a for the cashier take orders and deliver orders to people who walked in after. The manager eventually took a look at his employee and then at the tickets and told the employee that my order hadn’t even started yet. I asked for a refund which actually had a tip on it and contacted corporate via email. No one has responded to my complaint in over a week. I won’t be going back to this location or any other Capriotti’s seeing that they do not care about their customers.

First time going to Capriotti's. I wanted to bring sandwiches to a local establishment for lunch. Denise introduced me to the party tray. She helped me pick out a selection of sandwiches then skillfully made each one. Capriotti's needs to clone Denise. She provided me excellent customer service and yummy sandwiches. I would highly recommend Capriotti's for your next event.

This place has excellent vegetarian sandwiches! Just recently discovered this place and have been there twice. Denise waited on us. She is super nice, helpful, and accommodating. She offered to make any sandwich with the vegetarian meat and also said she could make it vegan. Bradenton has little for vegetarians, so this is so great to have 4 sandwiches on the menu and the flexibility for substituting any meat sandwiches to vegetarian. Very tasty and delicious food, made to order, so be patient, it's worth the wait.

The Bobbie was the best sandwich rendition of Thanksgiving dinner in between two slices of bread. Which was homemade!! Even it being delivered it was still so delicious! It's a must!

Was shopping in area and wanted to try something new. Denise was amazing and recommended a few items. Found out that everything is made to order and fresh! And the bonus is my mom is a vegetarian and the had several plant based meat selection. Now that I know it's so close to the beach it'll be a quick stop to grab sandwiches and the YUMMY fries.
