Coming from areas like VA beach and Bethesda MD. This is the best Thai food that I have ever had. From the spring rolls to Thai fried rice. I highly recommend this establishment!!!

Not them trying to gaslight me that pad kee mao is ramen noodles, when I’ve gotten it for over 10 years. I also said 3 times I didn’t want the regular fresh roll sauce and I wanted their peanut sauce they use for the chicken satay. The rolls were also 95% iceberg lettuce.I’ve ordered here numerous times and am disappointed that when I called, the man just acted like I was crazy. (I wanted to bring the food back and get what I actually ordered)

Drunken noodle? Crispy duck? Tom yum soup? They have it all and then some. I love Chang Kao Thai. The food is always made to order and fresh. What it Thai spicy? They'll make it. The fresh spring rolls from here are probably my favorite. Nice selection of imported beers as well. Dine in or carry out. Check them out!!

Fried dumplings were awful! Hard, tiny and cold with hardly any filling in them! Spring rolls were nice and big but we couldn't find any meat in them. Asked for a peanut sauce to dip them in and they only added a few crushed peanuts to the teriyaki sauce. I got Fried Shrimp Mango and my sister got Chicken Himmapan. The shrimp dinner was good but the chicken pieces were tough and chewy. The vegetables in both dishes were very crunchy and hard to even cut up. Overall for a $65 meal, it was disappointing.

Been going to this place since the Thai Spice days.. but unfortunately I will stop ordering from here. Since it changed to Chang Kao, the take out portions are very slim and not worth the money spent. Plus I waited on my $17 dollar meal for a small soup and a side of fried dumplings.. served cold. I ate one dumpling.. $9 dollars for 5 frozen dumplings?? I have been trying to hold back but these places serving food for high dollar need to know their quality of work.

The most delicious food and service. Each dish is custom made with love and we love every visit. If you like your Thai food as spicy as I do, choose the very spicy option. If you want to go full Thai spicy that is next level hot, they can satisfy your craving. For those that don't care for spicy food, they will accommodate your level down to no spice at all. Either way, the Thai food is on another level of delicious than most people have ever eaten. The menu has something for everyone and the staff are great at explaining their menu items. I Highly recommend visiting this restaurant if you are craving next level Asian food with the best ingredients and fresh made to order. A rare gem of a restaurant.

I've been eating Thai food for around 30 years and this is my favorite restaurant! The owners, Maew and Brian, are simply wonderful. Not only is the food amazing and delicious, but you will experience TRUE HOSPITALITY here. I know something about this after working in restaurants for a decade (1986-1996). It's a lost art. The waiters and waitresses who work here are incredibly kind and responsive. The food comes out fast, the menu is huge and there's also great desserts like Mango & Sticky Rice.I am utterly confused by any negative reviews. I eat here at least once a week and can't recommend it enough. Try it out for yourself, you won't be disappointed. I love the Drunken Noodle Massaman Curry and the Tom Kha Kai soup.

The food has little flavor. Pad Thai has no onion or sprouts, nor did I have any sauce or lime and it was burnt. The papaya salad was also lacking flavor.

These guys are flat out rude . Horrible customer service here. Not worth it at all. There are many other thai restaurants in town that are better and friendly .
