I am very disappointed that you guys changed the size and quality of your chicken. Past 2 visits to your restaurant I noticed my chicken was smaller, odd texture and different taste due to the changes I will not be ordering anymore because the prices are already high I think it's wrong to take food quality away just to save moneyYou used to be good but no more so sorry

The chicken is exactly what you would expect yummy and over priced. The service is annoyingly good, staff will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs (except for having a menu ready at the drive-thru.My biggest gripe is the in your face experience at the drive through. I'm one of those people who enjoys perusing a menu before deciding what to eat. My logic is "Hey they add specials and season items I should check it out" but thats near impossible in the drive-thru, where you have a teenager eagerly waiting on your every breathe with a smile!! BREATHING DOWN YOUR NECK "MAY I HAVE A NAME FOR THR ORDER" it's so much pressure

Kat was not very nice. Got our order from door dash since Chick-fil-A makes you use door dash for delivery. When we got our food it was sobbing wet and soggy from a spilled drink inside the bag. Kat the manager said it was not her problem and hung up the phone.
