I don’t like that this Chuck E. Cheese closes at 9 PM, but their food section closes at 8pm a whole hour before closing time like what’s the point?.. so yeah, my child didn’t get to eat pizza.

Hadn't been in almost 25 years when my kids were little. I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with the changes. The food was definitely 100% better than it was back then. The staff members were all great. My grandson enjoyed himself so we'll visit again.

The woman's bathroom was not the cleanest. At least one of the stalls had no toilet paper. Was standing at the prize counter for at least 10 min and no one assisted us. We were there at opening and were just there to play games since the weather was not good.

Went on a Friday night. Wasn't as busy as I thought it would be. Which was nice for our group since we were celebrating a birthday. Food was decent for what it is. Saw employees clean and sanitize machines every now and then. Overall good experience and will be back again.

I’ve taken my kids twice to this Chuck E. Cheese and we have had a great experience both times. We were there today (2/2/2024) from about 4:30-7p, it was not super busy. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our pizza was good, fountain drinks could have been better. Bathrooms and overall environment was clean. There are fun rides for the littles and overall the games were fun (a few were outdated and not working well, but not many). I will 100% be back and I would definitely recommend giving them a try. My son was one happy little guy when we left.Kid-friendliness: The staff tonight were very kind and friendly with my children

In the rather small universe of kidcentric, Chuck e Cheese's is an originator that has withstood the test of time over a couple generations.It's expensive, but so is everything. I like that the kids can have unlimited play for set amount of time there were a wide array of games and activities that my 3-year-old and my 7-year-old enjoyed! The issue was there is an odor, like a middle school gym, that was just very hard to deal with.

Friday night, not very crowded. Customer service was not only terrible but the guy behind the food window super unfriendly. Tried to charge me for extra ranch dressing. When asked for Parmesan cheese he rolled his eyes. For the amount of money that was spent, they could have been nicer. No chuck e for the birthday party either. Now I know why there wasn’t hardly any people in here. 2 large pizzas picked up immediately at the window, and they were both cold. Won’t be back!
