Placed an order for pickup and the time kept going up, when it reached 270mins I called the store to check if it was a mistake, the person who picked up the phone said “you’re gonna have to wait we’re slammed” and proceeded to hang up the phone without even letting me cancel my order. I reached out to customer service and have yet to get a refund or a store credit of any kind, just rude and unacceptable! You’re better off ordering from little Caesar’s which is one block down the road from these guys, faster and better service and their employes actuallly possess customer service skills!!!!

Never waited for Dominos for 2 hours. Ordered at 8:11 pm, called at 9;35 and been told they just put it in the oven. Really? After calling I've been asked if I ever been in there store. No I haven't, and I never will be ordering again. Been told a large order came in before mine and I am not the only one waiting to eat. Bad answer!

I ordered a large thin crust pizza on 2/23/24.I live practically across the street from the their store at 4850 Cortez Rd W.2 hours or more, later, at 8.40pm, the pizza arrived at my door. This is after I received a text stating they were in my neighborhood with my delivery at 8.06pm… My apartment is not that difficult to find!!! Dominic, one of their Managers, was the delivery person…Well, the pizza was cold and was like a piece of cardboard. I called the store to make a complaint and I was told they’d refund me!It is now 11 days later and I have called the store 4-5 times looking to speak to someone who can issue my refund… Have spoken to Jamie and Dominic who have stated they are not authorized to issue refunds!!!Such POOR customer service!!! They say they have to contact the owner!!! Why do you have Managers who cannot ensure that issues are handled properly???AWFUL!!!

Any time I have ordered, every thing has been amazing. The only issue we had was one time and they had forgot our soda., so I called and they sent the person right back with the soda. I can't give stars for atmosphere because we request delivery, but the drivers are always very nice and professional. I appreciate the hardwork, during the "shortages" of people who want to work to make sure that we feel normal!! ???

Waiting an hour for the food to be delivered when we live a mile and a half away, half of our food was cold and soggy and we didn’t eat it forgot some stuff too!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Over the last couple of years I’ve started back with Domino’s, started noticing better
I ordered online the store is less than a block from my house (I asked for contactless delivery) all they had to do was drive over and drop it off, 1 hour later pizza tracker said it was delivered, it never was the driver never even drove by my house, I have a huge window and no one came up, when I called them and some extremely rude person, who couldn't care less about providing any type of customer service, and should not be dealing with customers to begin with, told me they would send it back out, when I asked why wasn't my delivery just dropped off per instructions, He said I have no idea, and I then stated that it had been too long to bring it all back out, that it would be cold by now and I was really unhappy, the response was then you card has been refunded and he literally hung up on me. I'm really upset that this is how they are behaving and treating people, I will make sure that this domino's (on Cortez) is one that I never deal with again, I'm truly disgusted at the total lack of concern by the people in this store. Really awful customer service here!! As soon as I posted this, I received an automatic response from Domino's telling me to write them my suggestions on how they can improve, my money did get refunded and my order was delivered anyway, I guess that's something, however I am still not happy with the way I was treated or with how my food was, and will not be ever ordering from here again. It's like they have unsupervised children running the place ( or idiots are running things)

Just called to complain about the pepperonis on my pizza tasting expired/meaty/wrong (we’re adults , I know what expired or ill stored deli meat tastes like it’s very obvious) and I requested a new pizza . PAM the MANAGER was super rude to me on the phone and tried telling me that I was wrong about how the pizza tasted ?? As a paying customer you should be able to give me food that doesn’t taste bad or at the very least replace it if need be . When I asked her if she could send me another one she told me she’ll credit me the money . So now I’m hungry with a $6 credit to my account. Just unprofessional, train your managers better. However The drivers are always so sweet and I always make sure to tip them well ❤️

My whole order was gross. The pizza wasn't cut properly and was super greasy the pizza was orange. I used a half roll of paper towels soaking grease up and it still wasn't edible. The parmasean twist was drenched in butter to the point it was soggy. I ordered a pep with mushrooms and it had 3 mushrooms on the whole pizza. My stomach is in knots and I will not order from here again. The customer was terrible also.
