Didn't even want to give one star. Ordered a everything bagel sandwich. It was so hard I couldn't even eat it. Ordered hashbrowns and got 5 . The only thing that was ok was the coffee. Won't be back. Had to ask 3 times for side of cream cheese. Wth dunkin... not worth the money. Only 2 pieces of bacon and cold egg and cheese... Last photo is what I threw away. What a waste of money.

The whole place is a clown show where if you walk in they will ignore you to talk on their phone. They will acknowledge you exist but not serve you. Only person that was by the register to order and they refused to even make eye contact. Don't waste your time here. Total ignorance.

Dunkin’ Donuts has the worst service of any restaurant there is I don’t charge you six dollars for a cuppa coffee and you get no coffee in it it’ll just be milk so you buy six dollar cup of milk

This morning I ordered 4 sandwiches, two donuts and two coffees. When I got to the window I was handed all of my sandwiches and two of my coffees and one donut (it's for a kid of course, so it's a necessity) when I told the staff she said "I can't add anything at the window" I tried to explain that not only did I in fact order the second donut and asked for the receipt I got told once again I couldn't order at the window. I then went inside and had the heavy set girl with the blue hair and piercings greet me at the counter with an attitude once again, she put the donut in the bag then told me she wasn't serving me and I needed to leave. Cursing me out up and down with other customers in the building, telling me to leave etc. I went out to get my phone to record her acting the way she was (in which I absolutely plan on sending to corporate) the other customer in the building was also recording at this point then the other lady in the building decided that she was in enough BS to just do her job but did ask me kindly to stop recording- in which I did. This whole escapade could have been solved if they just sold me the ONE donut that I know for a fact I ordered. I've been a Dunkin' Donuts team member as well as in management team, I could never and would never let anyone in my team EVER act the way that woman did. Such a simple problem with such a simple solution, no need for the argument and frustration we both went through this morning. Hope this store gets their act together! From now on it's Cortez store for me!

The girls in there screamed at me and swore at me because I said I ordered two donuts not one but they couldn't add anything at the window even though I ordered it correctly. When I asked for my receipt the girl said f@ck you I'm not getting sh!t for you f@ck you over and over again... no manager on duty... all this over a donut....
Just went through the drive-through ordered drinks went to go order food. They said they were out of avocado bacon and sourdough bread. Every time I went to go order something. She stated that they didn’t have it very rude. No customer service skills do not recommend this Dunkin’ Donuts at all.
