I just got an iced coffee from this location this morning and there is NO coffee in it. I ordered a vanilla iced coffee, but all I taste is the vanilla and creamer. I wish I would've tasted it before I left the parking lot because I would've immediately gone inside to get them to fix it. I tried to call the store, but the phone number on their receipt does Not work. This was my first time at this location and will never go again.

Horrible experience the service was rude and trash. Seems like they have no people skills and do not care about the customer. Will never return. Didn't even pay for my food because the employee was horrible with me. Corporate needs to terminate that whole store.

5:49am Tuesday February 27, 2024. The black guy there doesn't even listen to my plain as day order, tried to give me coffee, nope, not what I ordered. I ordered "Large Frozen Mocha No Whip", finally got him to give me what I ordered before I pay. Gave me my order and walked off, didn't even get a damn straw, bow got to make another stop today for a "straw". If I see him when I stop by again, I'll go elsewhere, ain't dealing with him no more.

Checked my order to see if everything is all there after repeating what I want three times so they understand what I want.Not only is it the wrong order, but the coffee was extremely horrible. Like it tasted like something had died in my coffee. I don't complain much but at least get my coffee right. Whomever is in charge here at least double/triple check the food so the customer doesn't have to come back considering almost every single person here needs an attitude adjustment. It'd be simpler to get the orders right than not have to see the customer again since all of you hate your jobs here clearly.That's my two cents, hopefully this place gets shut down but I highly doubt it.

I've been here a handful of times and Every-time my order is wrong or terrible. I won't be back. Erika was rude, impatient, and argued with me about the order that she made wrong. I ordered a caramel ice latte with oat milk. It is black and was only 3/4 full. I asked for more oat milk, and asked for caramel and she rolled her eyes "oh my god" after I paid $10 for the coffee with a $2 tip. Never again.

Very disappointed they are now charging for a cup of ice water WITH a purchase from a loyal customer. Since when. Not cool. No thanks! Not to mention not friendly. Good morning to you too!

If i could give it 0 stars i would. Either the amount of profit this company makes , i am very disappointed to say they tried to charge me for a cup of ice water. Since when? I have been a loyal customer for forever and now we are charging for water ? Wow. No thanks!

Came to this location after leaving the location of the road due to an extremely bad experience. The customer service at this location was phenomenal to say the least. There is a name on the receipt named Mikeil I'm not sure if this is the individual who took my order but if so I just want to say he was extremely kind I was the rest of the employees.

I've ordered from this Dunkin a few times but I'm never going back. the food and coffee are always cold and the employees are unfriendly. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Starbucks down the street.

I don’t understand why the employees are so miserable. When ordering at the drive through, they are so unfriendly. The employees never speak to you when you’re at the window. They don’t say hi, the total, thank you, you’re welcome, nothing. Just a blank stare as they take your payment and hand you your items.
