Our wedding cake was absolutely delicious! I admittedly didn’t care to get a wedding cake but my mom really wanted us to get one. So, we were just going to go with publix & just call it a day. We sampled their cakes and I just couldn’t bring myself to spend the money on a mediocre cake. So my husband found Eli & I’m so happy he did! She was beyond accommodating with our tasting & wow was every flavor delicious. It was hard to pick! Our cake was a vanilla cake with raspberry filling and I still dream about it. The raspberry filling is made fresh with real raspberries & you can tell. I’m a wedding videographer, so I have tried a lot of cakes - I haven’t had many that can come close to the quality & freshness of Eli’s! The assortment of cupcake flavors were phenomenal as well. We can’t wait to get a cake for our anniversary to celebrate! Although… I don’t know if we can wait that long, we might have to order one sooner because it’s that good. :)

This was the best cake my husband and I have ever had! SERIOUSLY! We are from Wisconsin so we just chose something that was close to our venue in Palmetto and went off of google reviews, and we couldn't have been more impressed! 10/10! We had a cookies and cream wedding cake with vanilla buttercream frosting and I was kind of skeptical on how that would taste but that was my favorite! Our other cupcake flavor combinations were: vanilla cupcake with almond buttercream-- pistachio cupcake, with cannoli cream filling and vanilla buttercream--chocolate cupcake with chocolate ganache filling and chocolate buttercream-- and lemon cupcake with raspberry filling and cream cheese frosting.Eli helped me create all the flavors since I am indecisive and they were all amazing as well! I also left some fresh flowers from florist by cake spot and when she delivered the cake she put them on there by herself with no direction. Everything was perfect!!

Wow! We had our wedding on Anna Maria Island last night and though I didn’t get a chance to eat cake during the wedding, we received so many compliments on how amazing our cake was and everybody wanted to know who made it! Not to mention it was beautifully done and exactly as I pictured it! We cannot recommend Edible Elegance by Eli enough! If we ever need cake while here in the future, we know right where to go. And don’t worry, I boxed up everything that was left and had a big slice when we got home. AMAZING! Not sure it’s going to last much longer in this house. YUM.

Eli is amazing. I had her make custom cake pops (red velvet and pistachio) for a shark themed party based off a photo I saw and they were a hit! I had guests asking to take home for a treat later. She delivers, very worth it! Would order from here again, :)

I have been buying cakes from eli since 2020 .Their cakes are amazing .I was recommended by a friend due to my baby being allergic to dairy .Im very picki about where i order her cakes from , every year we have had not a single issue with their cakes and all my fam loved each one we have ordered ?.But this year they showed me how reliable and what a great human being they are .My brother had an accident and we had to cancel the party for the day we had planned.I went personally the day i was supposed to pick up the cake and i asked if they could keep the cake and I would pick it up next weekend ,i offered to pay to keep the cake storaged at their place but they didnt charge any extra and were very understanding about our family emergency that just happened that week and had the cake ready for pick up the next weekend.Im so pleased with their service and i will keep ordering from them ?

We got our glutin free wedding cake here. The bakers were very open to our design suggestions. They also handled the rescheduling caused by Hurricane Ian. All our guests loved the cake. They couldn't tell it was glutin free. We highly recommend this bakery.
