Food is not as good as other firehouse subs I've been to in the past. Employees are extremely slow and lazy. They spend more time screwing around than making your sandwich. I was the only customer waiting on a sandwich and it still took them at least 10 minutes to make my sub. Stop hiring ghetto employees. You know what I'm talking about. They just sit around talking and not working.

Notice the meat to bun ratio. Served piping hot, extra crispy and layered correctly so nothing's slipping around. The spice is pleasant, but wouldn't really call it hot. Overall a damn good fries chicken sandwich!

They were quick and efficient.. The food was hot and made to perfection and I will most definitely be going back again. The service was great as well as we were greeted as soon as we walked non and helped as soon as we got to the counter.. I like the hot sauce selection and the wide variety of drinks that they offer as well

Firehouse Subs is definitely one of those restaurants that’s been reliable no matter which one I’m at. I’ve been to one in VA, CA and a few other states and I’ve never had a bad experience. I generally get the Firehouse Meatball. I don’t know what it is that makes it so good, but, it’s the best meatball sub I’ve had. Plus, the service is always quick and friendly and the place is always clean and inviting.
