got a hair in my grilled cheese and the cheeseburger came without the patties. they used to be amazing but now if i do go at least one item is wrong, this hair is the final straw??

Great burgers the old style way. Juicy, cooked and seasoned to perfection. The fries are in my top 5. I would suggest just getting a medium fry, they fill your bag with fries as well. The price is a little on the high side. My girlfriend and I both had cheese burgers 2 medium drinks and a large fry to share and the total was 34$. It's worth it though. I have never been to five guys before. I was happy. The burgers are HUGE and the shakes are yummy. I really like the fries though.
