As a big fan of Five Guys, most of the time I'm very happy with the food quality and taste! This last experience was a little disappointing because I was shorted on the fries. And, those that know Five Guys, being shorted on fries is a very very very rare occurrence. The fries shortage won't keep me away but, hopefully, next time will be a better experience. ?

Love this location of 5 Guys and burgers- there twice and Shawanda greeted us again!She is so patient and fun when explaining the great menu! And when 3 of us were sharing fries, she offered the perfect size! So delish, great value and fun! I'll go back just to visit Shawanda!

Dined at Five Guys last night and it was fantastic! The burgers were juicy, fries perfectly crispy, and the toppings fresh. The service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere lively. Overall, a delicious and satisfying dining experience. Will come back again soon!

Food as always was great. But this location needs a bit of attention on customer service and keeping the facility clean. In our recent visit to this location the staff seemed very disconnected from what their job is related to customers. Not attentive from ordering through pickup. My shake order was not attended to for a long time despite very low volume of customers. There was tons of trash on the floor throughout the main restaurant area and the tables were disgusting. Again very slow volume of customers in the restaurant at the time. I'm a big fan of five guys but this location needs some attention.

We had the Veggie Sandwich and an order of fries! They were both cooked perfectly and so yummy! And the fries had to have malt vinegar ? good job Five Guys!! Good comfort food?

The restaurant is always clean. The staff is attentive and professional. I've never had anything wrong in any order I've placed, even when ordering for 10 plus people. Another plus, you'll never get a cold french fry from this location!

It’s horrible that there is only one restroom for a place this large. Can’t even wash your hands before you eat without waiting in line. Food is ok here.

Really bad place to eat hamburgers bread was cold and like a truck run over it . Not even trays the French fries throw on the bag with all the rest of the food . Definitely a place that I won’t eat for what I paid for it . I would rather go to another place as chilis that for same price I would get better service and quality. Sorry can give you 0 starts but there you have 1
