I got a flatbread thinking it was going to be a flatbread size. It was three slices for $14.99. Now this was very good do not get me wrong. But for the price I don’t think it was justified. Now I been to higher end restaurants before where the meal is $100 flat. But if that’s what they are going for, the presentation and quality of the food is not there for the price.

Legit the BEST pizza in Bradenton!!! We just went for the first time tonight and ordered the chicken broccoli Alfredo pizza. Super flavorful and the crust has a unique buttery thin and crispy taste. Will be back SOON!!!

Extremely poor service and the management is very rude. I will spread the word as I’m in the industry and won’t send any customers their way. The worst experience I’ve ever been in along with my friends and kids. Never again!!!

My friends and I came in with our 3. We had the worst service ever. Waited way too long for everything we ordered. We asked for salt, water and plates 3 times and received them after our apps. We had gift cards which we were told were for the old company. The manager, Lena came out and would not help in any way. I was upset by the way she treated us and said they needed to adjust the bill as we were still waiting on a calzone that we no longer wanted to wait for. I explained I would not pay for something we hadn’t gotten. She said in front of our kids to call the cops. We never said we weren’t going to pay the bill. She made us wait and wait so I went inside with our credit cards to pay and she said we had to wait for the cops to come. For what?! She would not take our payment!!! She called me a horrible person in front of everyone. I do not recommend this place for service or management! Extremely unprofessional and rude! Our server was nice but not very attentive. I’ve been In the business for many years and NEVER EVER would have allowed my manager to treat my customers that way. Only good thing that happened was that everyone around heard her call me a horrible person.

Used to be a really great Italian restaurant. Not so much anymore. Food mediocre at best. Way over priced. Won't be back.

I have been coming here from Lakewood Ranch for quite some time and love the superb food, service and atmosphere. I reserved a table for Valentine's Day and when I arrived, right on time, I was told by the owner, Lena that my table had "just been given away." Ok, uncomfortable. But we were seated. We had a wonderful dinner and Courtney was a delight. Courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Alicia, the hostess was also a delight in walking around, handing out roses and smiling. We were seated at a pretty small table in the middle of larger tables and it was vert busy. We politely asked if we could move to the next table near the wall, but we could not as it was for a party of 4. I understand on a holiday that the restaurant will be busy and must accommodate guests. Shortly after we began our meal, a party of two was seated right next to us, and of course because of the traffic due to a busy night, they were unhappy. When they requested to move to the same table we had previously asked about, they were moved immediately. Apparently they know a few of the staff members there. I understand connections and I have no problem with that, but this was blatantly done right in front of us shortly after we were denied. Then Lena comes to their table, standing uncomfortably in front of me greeting them. The whole evening was uncomfortable and did not feel special at all. This is a different experience for me. I understand that business is business...it must be run flawlessly. However, you cannot forget the people who make your establishment a success. We bring friends, family and sing your praises. I will seriously reconsider returning to Gio's in the future.

This location opens at 4 p.m and it was packed. Did have to wait about 25 minutes because we did not have a reservation which we understand. the hostess was very nice and gave us a nice table. Our server was very busy and did not acknowledge us for more than 10 min then another 10 to place our drink order. After we ordered are meal it took another 20 minutes to receive it. The food was good however the prices are a little high. If I order a $17 pasta I'd like to have my bowl full and a $15 small Pizza is a personal size. My husband and I have been here before last year because they're only open in the evening and wanted to give them another try however we received about the same type of service even when last time we were the only two people in the restaurant. The food is tasty but you will wait for service based on experience. If they open for lunch in a little better prices and better service we may frequent it in the future.

Good thin crust pizza. Very noisy (it was Friday night).

We had a great experience visiting for our first time. The Martinis were made very well..The bread is amazing and the pizza. Our favorite part was talking to the bartender Sasha( hope we got your name right} It felt like being part of the family. We can't wait to come back.

A great place to enjoy some better than average Italian food with fun waitresses who care about your evening. Based on our visit, go for the cheese pizza, the mushroom ravioli or the crab and shrimp ravioli and you will not be disappointed. Oh, and they have a great bar with better than average martinis...

Got a spinach salad and a Rustica pizza. Both were very good as was the service. Definitely recommend.

Used to love to go there food was fantastic and service was great. They have some servers there that are rude they treat there co-workers like crap and are so worried about following the owner around there not taking care of the customers. The drinks take forever to get and are not very tasty either. I will not recommend to anyone, the brothers would be ashamed it was great when they ran the place.

We used to love the New York style pizza made by the 3 brothers but the new owner uses cheap ingredients which make bad pizza and worst italian food, as other reviewers noted, this place has really gone down hill since the angry owner took over.... and if the bad food wasn't bad enough, the owner is quite the mood killer.
