They do not use fresh food, very cafeteria like food. My experience with picking up my food was not great, poor customer service.

We look forward to Basil's everything we come to town. We decided to order ahead on the app. My husband showed up to pick up our order. The man behind the counter said, "It is right here." He then preceded to wait on seven walk-ins ahead of him. Not cool. Beware with online orders.

It is the best food. Grew up going here and still drive 13 hours to go at least 2 times in a weekend best flame broiled chicken best pitas. Best gyros 32 years of eating here the families that run this place are like family to me. Planning a trip soon.

Fantastic find! We were looking to travel a little further north before stopping for a bite to eat, but traffic was so backed up, we stopped in this little place. The chicken and ribs were delicious, so moist and tasty. The Gyro was delicious and the sauce had a nice horseradish bite, Stay away from the fast food at the exit and give Basils a try, you'll be glad you did. Very reasonably priced.

Used to eat here a lot, but I hadn't visited in about six months or so. Went for lunch today and my go to favorite was still on the menu, but is no longer being sold. When ordering, I was told that it was "no good". The food was OK. It did come out pretty quickly though.

I was very disappointed. Cold beans. Cold chicken. Boxed school lunch cafeteria style mashed potatoes.The best thing I ate there was the pita bread. I took the chicken home for my DOG. I drove down the street to drive through KFC and KFC beat Basil's hands down. Sad. You'd think that a place specializing in chicken, ribs and gyro would have excelkent specialty foods. Not.

Basils is great. Especially for what it is... quick, semi healthy, made fresh option. If you call ahead, they'll usually have your order ready within 10 minutes.The gyro and Greek salad is usually what I get but I've had their wings before too and those are delicious. Unfortunately due to wing shortages they're usually out. Not sure why this place has low scores. I assume it's related to the other locations, but the spot off SR64 is great! Friendly staff too!

Some of the most juicy flavorful chicken we've had!!! Gyro was ok but nothing outstanding. The Greek salad was awesome and sides good. Recommend this place and prices were good.

So... I am a type 2 diabetic and ordering out is r always easy. I ordered the chicken fajita ("loaded with green peppers and onions") but what I got was barbecue pulled chicken - no veggies and full of sugary sauce :( Ordered my son the rib sandwich - the picture tells the story ... 3 very sad and little pieces. Gyro was delicious tho !

Stopped by this location as it was part of Shell FuelRewards. Biggest mistake I made last week. Ordered a chicken sandwich and it was more of a Greek gyro with bland chicken. The chicken was strips and messy as all get out. Was the same price with or without the side. Never again.
