Dark and a bit dreary IHOP. Food was fine, service was very good. This restaurant has seen better days even though outside appears to have gotten recent facelift. With so many fantastic breakfast options in the area, this IHOP is near the bottom of the list. Love those pancakes though!

Had door locked and wouldn't let me in said they were to busy and not enough help tried to order by calling got left on hold for over 20 minutes called back and the same thing left on hold went there and like I said wouldn't let anyone in and they were not busy at all 3 people

Clean. Friendly service. Tasty food. Served within 10 minutes. Hot coffee and fresh orange juice ?Vegetarian options: You can ask then to practically make any item on their menu without non-veg ingredients.
I was utterly disappointed in my experience at this IHOP. The portions were so miniscule that I had to eat a real meal at home afterwards. Do not order the cinnamon roll crepes. I wish I had taken a photo of my crepes which hadn't been larger than my middle finger. They looked like a joke on the plate. Not to mention that we had to pay $3.50 for plain drip coffee even though we had purchased $14 meals. Lesson learned, I will not be returning to IHOP in the future.
