Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

Don't go to It's Just Wings!! The manager Angel was very helpful in the end. The young man named Angel,( I think that was his name) was off the clock but still managed to assist. The five dollar kitchen staff worker wanted to act like security. He almost got knocked out or worse. The young white girl at the to go counter, has no home training and no people skills,was VERY nasty and rude. She was half doing her job. She kept saying how busy it was, but kept going to sit down to chat with an employee on break. I attempted to reach out to corporate, but no response. They are desperate for help and they are obviously in agreement with this foolishness and horrible customer service!! If they don't train " Sarah plain and tall" a customer who won't deal with that foolishness is going to put hands on her, and hurt her.

Don’t be fooled, this place is inside of a Chili’s because that’s exactly what it is. Chili’s. It’s a ghost kitchen. Which is sketchy enough as it is. Onto the food. The fries had a good flavor but were soft. The boneless wings were passable. They tasted a fraction better than Tyson frozen wings. Not worth the price tag. Worth three stars. However, they lose a point for their “hot” sauce. It’s jalapeño cilantro, which does taste pretty good. But it’s not “hot” by any means. I would be hard pressed to even list it as a “mild” option. All I can say is “meh”. Save yourself some money and go to Salem’s, you’ll get a similar level of quality.

Just horrible! You could barely eat the wings. Overcooked and very tough. No flavor at all. The fries were like the bottom of the bag because they were in pieces. The food wasn't even hot. No!!!!

Just ordered wings for the Super Bowl..First time trying this place…in Boynton Beach,FL. Garlic Parmesan and Mild….we ate 2 wings a piece and that was it…worst wings we’ve ever had. Right in the garbage. If all you serve is wings,I don’t know how you stay in business.

I ordered a doordash of two boneless wing meals and I didn’t get any extra ranch’s I paid for which isn’t surprising and then to get 0 buffalo sauce on my buffalo wings, got some dry wings. But to mark everything with your green highlighter making it seem like you got everything on the receipt is crazy to me.

Food was good, but I did not get my entire order thar I paid for and they would not answer the phone when I called. Not ordering again.

We were staying at the Hyatt Place so Chili’s was our ‘local’. Good selection of beers and the standard Chili’s food menu, which is always satisfying and good value. We must give a mention to the barman, Michael, who is so efficient it looks as though he’s doing three jobs…..but always with a smile.

I've had them before and it was good. Last time, and especially this time I ordered food and there was almost 0 sauce on the wings. highly disappointing. Guess it's time to find a new wing place

We brought grandkids here after movie for lunch. We come here because our grandson loves the grilled cheese. Upon opening the menu, he noticed they no longer have it on the menu. So, he turned to the small computer and it wouldn't work. We asked the server if they could make grilled cheese or fix the machine and he said no to the grilled cheese and no to the machine--something was wrong with the master system. We did get some alternatives, but the kids ended up taking most of their meals home. I loved my triple dipper as usual.
