Indira was awesome and super helpful. When it comes to a sub, you want it exactly the way you want it and nothing else. She made sure to accommodate that and was super bubbly and polite about it as well. Thank you so much again for y'all's exceptional customer service!
I love JM's but some I feel are not clean enough to meet my standards..I found this one to be the cleanest one I had ever been in. I actually thought it was brand new but, when I ask the two ladies behind the counter they informed me they had been there 2 years. They were friendly and had a great attitude. Of course the sandwich was great. I will be back simply because of the appearance and the people behind the counter.

We stopped in on a whim and are so glad we did! We had to wait quite a bit because there were several online orders before us, which was no problem. The man, who must have been the manager, was training and working like crazy. He was super apologetic and very nice. The sandwiches were totally worth the wait. Absolutely filled with good stuff and so tasty. We will be back!Vegetarian options: They can make any veggie combo. The Portobello is so delicious!
