Always smells delicious and the staff is always pleasant when I have to pick up an order. While my wife was tanning next door, I was in the parking lot and watched this big older lady practically inhale a medium pizza. It was fascinating. Literally, for 7 minutes straight, her jaws did not stop chomping and her hands were assembly lining pizza into her mouth. I have no idea if she was even swallowing or if her mouth was a portal to another dimension. It was an absolutely remarkable sight and I am so glad I had my sunglasses and tinted windows so I could observe this publically. I wanted to take a video of the ordeal but people would think it's a fake video.Anyways... I think this accounting of events speaks more about the pizza than it does about this lady... So go get some Jet's Pizza, it must be at least above average to many people or they sprinkle an addictive chemical in their ingredients, order now and let me know what you think.

Horrible manager there. He cussed at several customers for not having their order ready after an hour has passed. The manager smelled like weed and alcohol and had a very short temper like a toddler. Upper management needs to look into the employees at this dump before the BBB is

After waiting an hour and getting cussed out by the manager I left empty handed. TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES HIGH ON DRUGS CANT EVEN MAKE A PIZZA. Whoever hires these clowns needs to be assessed. Next time you threaten to call the police, come prepared instead of walking away like a baby. Go anywhere but this

Ordered a salad, pizza, and cookie on 1/10 for delivery. Got the food and the cookie was burned and inedible. My fiancé called and the employee apologized and said he would refund us the amount of the cookie and put a credit on the account for next time.As of 1/25 there was no refund and when we attempted to order today we were told there was no credit on our account.As you can see from the photo, an employee actually thought it was okay to cut the cookie and send it out for delivery.We won’t be ordering from here again.

We really love Jets, but this last order was not great. We called in the order, told 35 minutes, but then got a notification that it would be 90min. Dutifully waited and retrieved our order. When we got home, it was obvious that we were done way before. Pizza was good, but not hot.We'll still be customers, but wary of the wait time.

The counter clerk stated it would be ready in ten minutes and they would "call my name" when ready.Mind you the place is well within the distance of calling a name. Heard others names called; figured they ordered before me...Then a new group of people roll in for their pizzas.I am sitting there still within eyesight waiting: 6:20...30...40.Okay; I have had enough..this was on a Thursday; not some free promo friday.Now; I get to wait in line "swell"...approach the counter...again.New cashier; same ole ear pod in their ear.(I could and should go on about that but lets stay relevent.)Back to the story;Walk up; show my receipt from 6:09 and approaching 6:40."Hello, just checking in; the last "you"; said 10 mins and that the food was in the oven and worker number 2...(think worker--but too high of a class for her attitude)...so person/worker (sp) 2 walks around; does a circle; then another circle; felt like I was watching an ice skating match...only to try and deter me from her pulling the pizza from their heat lamp.Talk about livid...waiting that long for someone with a brain to call a name when a recipt says waiting...and not pickup.Hire a new manager corporate...someone with a brain...and if their employees wear ear pods...have them take a reading aptitude test..too bad half a star isnt an option...fun fact...i will be reaching out to corporate

I personally enjoyed the food! But hell if Me and EVERYONE walking in didn't stick to the floor !EXTREMELY distasteful. One must consider, if the Dining area floor looks like that's what the kitchen floor must look like and beyond,!I still love the Pizza!

Good pizza comes with a lot of baggage. I like Jets Pizza, I really do...however, I have never had a good experience with this location. A year ago, I made an order that they got wrong. I let them know and they gave me a credit. "That's nice", I thought. Some months later, I decided to cash in on my credit. I called them, made my order, and went to go pick it up. "Ummmm, we didn't start it, you'll have to wait", they said as they frantically started the order that should have been waiting for me as I arrived. They ended up rolling over my credit and giving me the pizza for free. Yesterday, I tried calling them...no answer. So I make my order online. Get there...AND THEY DONT HAVE MY ORDER STARTED! I let them know about my past experiences and let others go ahead of me while I check my email to see if I was charged. I wait for the other customers to go through and by the time I get back up to the counter, they miraculously "find" my order. You are 0 for 3, Jets. Can't say I haven't tried to give you the benefit of the doubt. BTW, you can keep my credit. I doubt I'll ever be back.

This Jet’s location has the absolute worst customer service. It’s such a bummer because Jet’s is our favorite pizza. We are new to the area, and the only time everything went as it should was the time I texted our order in. I would prefer to text because then I can “see” our order and know it’s correct, but texting seems to not always be available. The first time we ordered I brought home a sub that was supposed to be an order of Jet’s bread, the 2nd time we ordered the order had been entered incorrectly and we were missing part of it at pick up, and tonight I got hung up on while waiting as the employee was supposedly asking a manager how to enter a coupon code to our order. We will be trying out a different Jet’s location or have to find a new pizza spot.
