They promote late night dining but close at 9pm? And sitting in the drive thru at 9:02 and not knowing they were closed while employees are still inside. In fact one employee walked out the back door while I was waiting at the drive thru and never even mentioned they had just closed. I was going there 3 or 4 times a week. NO MORE! Thanks Jimmy John’s!!!!

Thought we'd try something new ( vs. Publix subs). BIG mistake. Ordered online, not ready when we got there, they made multiple orders before ours, then said "oh here they are." Stale bread, cheap bland meats, and workers with bas attitudes Never again

we ordered a #16. my husband brought it home. the giant. i dont know what we actually got, but it was not a 16. we paid the price of a 16, but it was just a turkey, he was asked if her wanted cheese on it, they put hot peppers n it. it was not a 16. i dont think the workers know how to make the sandwiches yet. very disappointed. i think ill go back to firehouse subs again which i gave up to go to jimmy johns...
