This store closes at 9:00 pm according to their Google page. Online order at 8:00 pickup 8:30 pm. I pull up the signs are off the place looks closed I wait at the speaker and no one comes. Waiting waiting nothing. So I pull up to the window. Honk horn nothing. Honk again nothing. Finally someone accidentally sees me and calls someone else to wait on me. Attitude from the get-go. I asked why no one saw me or heard me. I got the COVID answer ….. we’re short on staff. Someone please tell me when being short staffed can STOP being an excuse to NOT do your job? When? Meanwhile they have music blasting loud and are trying to leave early. You have one job and it’s to make the sandwich and then at least mildly seem prepared and cordial when customers pull up. Epic FAIL! The night manager on Friday December 29th 2023 needs to be TERMINATED! She has a horrible attitude and the franchisee and customers deserve better.

Jimmy John's is usually one of my most favorite sandwich places to go, but the last couple of visits haven't really been that great. Our order has been incorrect the last 2 visits, which I don't know how considering we were in line for over 20 minutes, and the very last visit, the young lady in the drive-through window was not nice at allBut, I still love their sandwiches and I will give it another go, especially since I've been eating them now for a couple of years, and, usually without incident.

We waited at the drive through and no one came to answer. We went to the window and noticed two people in there. A heavy set Caucasian guy and an African american lady. They wouldn't say anything and the lady was looking out the corner of her eye. So we went around and try to open the door it was locked. The lights were on amd signage was on. No sign saying if they was open or closed. The time was at 4:15pm on Christmas Eve.This is very unprofessional. I looked it on google and it said they are opened until 9pm.

I have now ordered from this location three times since moving to the area a month ago. Twice I have had delivery and once through the drive-thru.I have enjoyed the sandwiches from Jimmy John's for many years and I will continue to enjoy their sandwiches for years to come.Service isn't as quick as I was used to in Columbus but I'm sure they are definitely very busy as this location.
This is the worst sub place I have ever gotten food from. My son and husband went there to get 4 subs for our family. Three were exactly the same and one was slightly different. Three sandwiches were TURKEY, CHEDDAR, LETTUCE, ONIONand mine was TURKEY, ONION, TOMATO, AVOCADOAll sandwiches were ordered with no condiments on the sandwich (mayo, ketchup, mustard)First, on the three similar sandwiches, they refused to put cheddar on them and told my husband that they were ONLY ALLOWED TO PUT CHEDDAR ON CHICKEN SANDWICHES...ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? THAT IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS THING I'VE EVER HEARD.Then, my sandwich came home with turkey, onion, tomatoe, avocado, CHEESE AND MAYO..I CAN NOT EAT CHEESE OR MAYO.There was only like 5 thinly sliced pieces of turkey balled up and they wrapped the cheese around my turkey with the avaco in between them, so when I peeled the cheese off, it took all the avocado with it that I paid EEXXTTRRAA for, and the mayo was soaked into the bread and could not be wiped off.This is our second terrible experience at this location out of two experiences,the first time we ordered from there, every sandwich was missing the cheese and everyone in the store is rude and incompetent..they all seem very confused on how to make a sub. WE WILL NNNEEVVVEERRR order anything from this place EEEEVVEERR!!! WOULDN'T RECOMMEND TO MY EORST ENEMY.

Great rolls!Great idea to use cucumbers - wished they were thickly sliced, and skin peeled. But the flavor is FANTASTIC!Gotta do away with shredded lettuce! It's probably cheaper thus why it's being used, but it really SUCKS!Oh, can't forget the potato salad- AWESOME!Parking: Nope. Don't park, I use drive-thru

Their sandwiches are standard, the bread is pale and weak. Pickles are delicious. Still can't shake the thought of Jimmy John Liautaud hunting big game. You can get a great sandwich at dozens of places, this doesn't really cut it.

Went for a regular sandwich. Was charged $2 for cheese but never was told there was an upcharge for cheese or I would have passed. The bread was overdone to top was fine and bottom was hard as rock. Won't go back. Way overpriced. Better deal at Publix or elsewhere. This is sad.
