“Was downtown for Jury Duty exploring downtown during lunch and came across this place. I actually showed up right after 2pm (closing) but they were super cool and still let me order. It was super hot and humid, so got a protein shake which was great. Good flavor (nutty butter I believe) and low calorie and high protein so it was a great pick me up. I don't live close, but when I come down for the farmers markets I will have to hit this place up again.“

“Omg, go here, I'm not exaggerating, comment me back if I'm wrong. Ok my taste, do you ?, I went with BOWL: Kayla, they have two different once, I chose the one that is not the kayak Ceaser only cause I'm on restrictive diet aka losing weight,then I added Spinach, then topped with garbanzo beans, it's mild spicy but in a good way, then brousals, I added broccoli but they charge 2.70 for additional sides, protein I went with blackened chicken, all the avocado I can get(that's free ? and healthy), and all the additional sides tomato, and well you get the picture, finally I went with balsamic dressing, amazing, came out to 20.00 with tip at the most may have been two or three dollars less not exact on it but not over 20.00. And I got a free up of water and yes I got water, the soda/water machine is in the corner, a little hidden. Then before I left I refilled with water and mixed some soda as a sweeter, just because I love sweets. You will love this place. Also you can order online which is much faster and no stress about rushing to order cause the place can get full. Plenty of seating inside and outside place is very clean will be back and give it 5 stars easy would give ten if it were a star option“

“My family and I visited Bayshore Nutrition for the first time yesterday and were very pleased with the overall service and and experience as a whole. We were greeted upon walking in, she took our orders and made them, quite fast and accurately I might add, and then explained the benefits to each of our drinks, told us how many calories were in the smoothies, which I found really helpful as I am a person that tracks the calories I have each day so I really appreciated that. The smoothies were all REALLY GOOD, HEALTHY & BENEFICIAL. We agreed that we'd definitely be visiting again and soon!“
