Food is good but do not trust their website for the menu. Nothing on there is accurate. The prices are not the same and the specials are not the same. We came for the special and were disappointed.
Bingo Monday is packed and service was slow, but consistent so not faulting them for that.

First we sat for a longer time before we were approached by a waitressFinally got our drinks but had to go to find our waitress. Only got half our food and some of it was cold. This was our first visit and will be out last. If I was the owner I would give the bartender Sam a raise! She is the only good worker in the entire restaurant. There were 4 at the table and when the waitress put 3 of the 4 dinners on the table she asked what else we needed. REALLY?!?!

Quesadillas not real cheese/ barely any . Shrimp was a burnt oil ball. Fries were good. Service was great. Stick to burgers or ham and Turkey

My family and I normally have a great experience. We believe her name to be Tammy she was our server a few day's ago. She was a bit off and slow as well as forgetful on many items we asked for she also took my food and drink away when I wasn't done, and then she was very rude about it. I wouldn't mind eating there again but not with that server Tammy.

For a Friday night and my first time here. Kelseys was definitely busy! They did their best to keep up. The seating became an issue. Waited to be seated. Complaints are the food took approximately 40 minutes the fries weren't the best. The biggest problem was the booth seats were extremely uncomfortable and the table top was worn and faded. Other than that they did great ?. The staff were nice and helpful. Will I be back ? Yes. But hopefully the seating gets updated ? Now to leave off on a good note. Kelsey's had the best mozzarella sticks I've had in the last 20 restaurants !! It was like they were made from scratch.

Ordered Triple Decker without Tomatoes. Tasted nasty &BURT. Found that the bacon and MIDDLE layer of toast was burnt. As well as the sandwich HAD tomatoes (see attached pics). I removed these items and asked to speak to the Mgr.. The owner took a look at the burned toast and responded with "I'm sorry" He did not replace or comp the sandwich, not even the desert we ordered to go.. he did NOTHING. Unbelievable, even the waitress was stunned. I DO NOT recommend Kelsey's with lousy food and lousy customer service. There are too many good restaurants in Bradenton to waste your time here. Go elsewhere!!Addition 2/22. Both myself & my husband have upset stomach & diarrhea. Apparently, there are bigger issues than burned food at Kelsey's. They need to examine their health safety standards as well.
Absolutely the worst, service, food and dining experience I have ever come across in my 34 years in Florida!!!!! From the waitress fighting to bringing out the wrong food to having to wait 30 mins to get a beer!!Fries cold, burger overcooked, wrong sauces and brought out fish instead of chicken tenders.. Then it took 30 more minutes to bring the incorrect check 3 times!!

Excellent bar food, attentive service, outstanding specials. We are from Buffalo and would give their wings. Solid 8/10! Burgers are also delicious! Don’t forget the amazing drink prices!
